Not sure what the brand is that he is using but the hair spray in a can is like the hair color that you can by around like halloween to color ur hair. there is also a brand called black ice. places u can get it party city should carry it all year round some beauty supply stores should also have it. But again i say im not sure what the brand is that he is using.
