  • Thanks for sharing your experience with us. Was wondering the weight of the kettlebell you are using, if it strains ur wrist, and if u think the program is good for a beginner.

  • Hi Alaya98

The kettlebell is 20lb - its the biggest one kettleworx supply. For this program its big enough to start with for a man. I would say though that many of the exercises would require a lighter kettlebell, 10lb or poss even 5lb for a smaller woman not used to strength exercises. As I have progressed and strengthen I have bought a heavier weight and use that for upper body lifts and swings - then drop to a 20lb for some exercises (the punch and gunslinger)

    check my later vids

    regards Eric

  • I just order this program, and I am excited to start it. How do you like it?

  • Hi Angeem73 - The kettleworx program is great - If you think these 15 - 20 minute workouts are gonna be easy forget it !.

It wont take long for you to notice that the " models " on the screen dont even sweat ! - they also seem to find time to change their shirts mid workout....

Maybe the workouts are edited throughout the day and spliced together.; my biggest gripe is that there are no FAT ( real ) people in the videos striving to lose weight.

    Other than that its great.

    Good Luck

  • I am really enjoying it. Thank you for the reply. Oh, and I agree with you about the editing. I noticed that right away, and I sweating to death.
