These apartments are known as the Grandview apartments. These were built in the early 70's as the beginning of welfare in this great town. Let's not get to up in arms about what is being said but this was the beginning of welfare in Keansburg and that is what killed it. Yes killed it. Hand outs and they can't stop it. This is now a minority filled welfare town. Over 50% rentals and more then 35% section 8. Welfare killed Keansburg, nothing else.Go ride through in the day and see the roamers.
