I love coconut so much! and it is so sarm good for you. my brother drinks a can of coconut milk with his 5 hb eggs for breakfast. He's all about the "good fats".

It must have been too old. The brown coconuts are older with a harder shell. It should smell good and taste light and sweet. Hmmm.... Try to find some of the young thai coconuts from an Asian market. You are so funny! Lol! If its cloudy then it probably is not good. If I buy a case of 9 of the thai young ones, then usually there is 1 that is not so good.
