It is really hard to tell from the view shown, but the player appeared to be exaggerating the contact. Remember touching the body doesn't necessarily mean it's a violation as long as it didn't hinder the movement of the player. I think the goal keeper did a good job blocking the angle on him. He didn't have a clear shot. So he had to do a little of acting.

I think the referee was from the UAE and felt bad for the Emirates and thought since North and South Korea, and Saudis will murder UAE, he didn't call it it's clearly a penalty the keeper grabbed on Rezaeis legs and tripped him up...either the referee needs glasses or he's stupid as shit but it's fine we needed to tie anyways whocares our young Iranian players need time to adapt to one another to get used to eachother can't wait til that happens then it would be a game in Tehran in June
