I don't know why everybody says this movie is bad?
It deals with the Highs and Lows of people's lives who are living in Delhi. How people can make such a huge deal from a small thing (Kaala Bandar) and religious conflicts in a place with a vast culture and Traditions. It deals with how they're all struggling and how much fun they have with the Thoda Thoda they get.
I loved the movie!
