  • Maybe the sound reproduction isn't too good, but Mozart should not be choppy, but very legato with the light staccato in some of the rising figures. This charming little piece is an aria for piano. If you make it sing, it will do Mozart justice. Your love of this music is apparent - keep it up.

  • but why pedal? a bit fast for a 2nd movement :)

  • Fun piece to play... thanx... this has helped....

  • Avoid using the pedal. Key: Practice without the pedal wholie trying to get those keys as leggato and pianissimo. Here in youtube there is and excellent interpretation of this piece by Mitsuko Uchida... breathtaking. The speed is not as important as long as it's beautifly played.

  • bella bella

  • Mozart didn't write this sonata in this way, none in the world could ever change a note to Mozart... this is unacceptable...

Other than this, it's a good playing.

    Peace

    Massy

  • my words ...

  • Hm, then I wonder what you say to this short interpretation from a German comedian ( starting after 15 seconds: /watch?v=9-zne-d1HYw ). Do you mind watching it and then telling me your opinion of it :O ?

  • We clearly heard sublime Mozart in your playing. What else can anyone ask? Thank you.

  • I think is too fast..Should be slower..bcoz it's andante... Other than this, it's great.

  • Yes, purists are offended.

    Mozart's not Chopin or Bach.

  • sorry to constantly be commenting, but an interesting tidbit for those going on about your tempo: the 1,5,3,5 arpeggiation in this is played at the same speed or faster than the first movement allegro 1,5,3,5 arpeggiation.

  • not bad, lovely piece. needs to be a little faster... keep in mind the arpeggios are 16th notes, that coupled with 3/4 time means you're playing this far too slowly!

  • dankjewel voor de comment:) en mozart is net als alle muziek uit die tijd zo levendig als je het er zelf van maakt:) ik hoop dat je hem inmiddels goed geleerd hebt?:D

  • Wow your super talented! I with I could play as well as you xx

  • gosh..thank you very much..I'm glad you enjoyed it xx:D

  • It's all wrong, you suck

  • thank you for your comment...I hope you can play it better..and offcourse put some evidence of this on youtube?? I'd be delighted..

  • I'm sorry for that comment, it has been posted by a friend of mine! (he can play piano very well)

  • ow that's quite okay:-)...I reuploaded it youtube. com/watch?v= nOO3gwFbiH4

on another piano...but seriously...I would like to hear him perform it then:)...always nice to learn.

  • My piano teacher hit me once for trying to play it so fast... Bravo! I love your interpretation! Mozart would be proud!

  • then please do explain in dutch...sinds ik nederlander ben denk ik dat ik de nederlandse uitleg zou moeten kunnen begrijpen:-)

  • much to fast, it is andante

  • it is andante but with 16th notes, do you realize that the time signature represents beats per minute... he's actually playing it a little slow.

  • Andante moves from 76-108 it s up to the artist to choose the tempi, look at Mozart sonata k545 in the list of juliusl9

  • of course it is, 76 beats per minute is 304 16th notes in 60 seconds when a quarter note is 1 beat. this is probably very close to that low end figure. so my other comment is off, it is the right tempo, but it shouldn't be slowed down any.

  • you cannot really post a decent comment...you look like some pedant teacher doing like this...and my BBD needs anything but pedant teachers >_>

  • ...and you can only post semi-coherent comments; do we really need another illiterate nub online?

  • mm...first I am a small minded, then an illiterate... you starting to demonstrate to be the one with all those good characteristics, you know?

oh, since you are so literate...it's "noob", not "nub"

    sincerily

    your illiterate friend

  • wow, did you just correct me on the spelling of internet lingo? that like saying it's "owned" not "pwnt". fyi noob only ≈ nub, and they're not even pronounced the same way, nubcake. the only thing i've actually demonstrated so far is that i have an grasp of basic math, unlike the op.

  • if your musicall skills are even just as good as a fragment of your superior linguistic sarcastical witty reply skills then yes you might even actually stand in the shadow of a musician....if not....go hang yourself with a selfmade rope you poor sad creature..

now take your grubby verbal paws off of my girlfriend.

  • my musical skills aren't that great. i have no doubts you're technically superior to my own playing. i do, however, find it rather irritating when people can't understand the simple math involved in determining playing speed. i'm glad they don't have to deal with the exponential function for determining pitch... frankly, i don't know why YOU are being such a dick. i actually enjoyed your playing.

  • mmm...you're not proving to be a man this literate and openminded by giving me a lesson about english/american ways to rape words. Since english is not my mother language, I couldn't give less about this, or about your weird mathematics. I prefer to go back to real mathematics, since I study them.

Rawr, you made my guy pissed >P As I said in the other comment... Have a good life, mate!

  • so, let me get this straight, using a tempo range, such as 76-108, and then multiplying it by the subdivisions of beats is weird mathematics? i hope you never learn what integration is; that would be witchcraft.

  • I play this movement with more alberti bass and less melody, and in an andante march mode. Your melodiousness has deafened you to the true melody found throughout the alberti bass!Play it as written with the same magical precision you gave to HAYDN!

  • try not to do so many embellishments in a row, some were nice though, nice tempo and great job on the whole . i like this movement too

  • you're embellishments are soooo wrong!!!!

just kidding ;), it was a very nice interpretation

  • Nice ....

  • thank you:-)

  • Nice....

  • I like this movement better.

  • as do I XD

  • very nice, you play very well - and thanks for playing the 2nd mouvement, I really hate the 1st :-)

  • thank you:$:$....well I don't hate the first movement..but I happen to love this movement:P:P

  • Again, nice work!
