I've been trying to post a link to the Guide on how to look up public records to see if your mortgage has been securitized and how to get the MERS records, but YouTube does not allow to post URLs or any special characters.

I also have a link to the Case Law - judge's opinion in case where the foreclosure judgment was vacated and the motion to vacate that order was denied, all in favor of homeowners.

How can I post these links as a comment on YouTube???

so when are we all going to have enough, proof is in the pudding - free market capitalist mentalities have made this situation, and all finacial situations before this. It is just as bad a communism, it gives too much power and control to the people that benefit from its operation. We own them, we own the business the corporations the government. Follow their own ruthless laws and rules, time for a hostile take over of the entire economy by the people.

It's probaly lucky for the banks that this is so complicated mess. If the public knew that basicaly you could get your house for free there would nobody paying their mortages. I know I am thinking about it.

The key is finding out whether or not your mortgage has been broken into parts and sold as investments or not. Do you know how we can find this out?

@StopTheRobbery2 I'm no mortage or Real Estate expert. If I had to take a guess, my guess is that this may take a while to resolve but they will make damn sure the resolution will not be in favor of us. Too much $ at stake for the banks and they are the ones with the Political juice.

I would also guess a few might be able to get away with it at least while the Embargo is on.

The only thing we can do is follow this and see where it goes.

Yeah they will definitely try to steal back whatever they can.

Not only is the money at stake but the secrecy of the entire banking game.

Should be interesting either way, it definitely excites me.

I will post any further talk on this subject from these podcasts every week.

@StopTheRobbery2 My other guess is that they will probaly do some kind of Grandfather clause that will only apply to people who are in Foreclosure now because they will claim something like Fraud if you default post Foreclosure embargo. Pretty much like what Bankruptcy court does when they suspect people of Fraud, ie Maxing out their credit cards days before a bankruptcy.

I really can't see the system allowing hundreds of thousands of people to get their house free & clear on a technicality.

@StopTheRobbery2 I don't have a clue how to find out if a mortage has been put in a tranche. There should be some way to get this information it's not like it's a matter of national security and it is your mortage. I'm sure they will not make it easy or be of assistance to you when they know what your trying to do.

I was talking about when they use they sell the rights to collect the interest on the promissory note to investors, and how to find out if a mortgage has been split and alotted for investments or not.
