I'd like to hear Suzanne Vega and her band do that `72 cut from Timmy Thomas "Why Can't We Live Together"...or..."No Good Love Lasts" by Wm Chas Cooke. Both numbers exude some kind of Sade-like exotica but th seductive Vega enchants w/ a mystique all her own. An excellent show from a real professional and a true ENTERTAINER.

I just saw her live today (I live in cologne, Germany) She performed this song also. Her voice is just fantastic. She also did rare songs like tombstone and some journey. I've been a fan for 7 years now. This was the first time I saw her live. She's really down to earth and nice (for example she introduced the cable guy) and she also has a sense of humor. Now I love her even more... This song is one of my favourites
