Agree on this! Starting the workout is easy but the consistency is definitely hard. For other viewers here, you should be really practising program so workout will be consistent and monitored. I know a site that offers free programs for lean muscle workout, body building and weight loss. I can't post the site in youtube so just check out my profile.
yo haha nice vid's but about how you said workout in the morning, what about just running in the morning and lifting weights in the afternoon? cause what i usually do is run 4 miles everyday at 8pm but i have went and ran in the morning and found it easier, is it the same with weight lifting? does it seems easier in the morning?
@shukritobi91 HAHAAHAHAAHAH!! Sorry but that made me laugh. :/ But if you want flatten out "Man Boobs" then just try to eat less sugar and starches, and try to do more chest workouts.
Hi :) I wanted to ask you about the morning workourts. Should I eat something before to get some glucose in my blood for the muscles? I'm not sure whether it is a good idea to train on empty stomach or not. What do you think?
I would have to say though I much prefer working out at night. I feel like I have a lot more energy from all the food I've eaten during the day and I'm not a morning person at all so getting up an hour earlier always sucks. I have worked out in the morning before and I do agree it leaves you feeling great for the rest of the day but all in all I like night better. I think it just comes back to personal preference.
These are all good points leanbody. The biggest thing is slow and steady progress, too often people see some model using a tool or eating something and think yeah, that's me in 12 weeks! People need to realize it takes a LONG time of CONSISTENTLY working out and eating well, not a fad diet and late night workout tool. Even if a person has just 15 minutes a day, they can work out in that time, do burpees as HIIT or the convict conditioning program, and that 15 minutes will be great.
@GoldRing09 well, you dont want to do the same exercises everyday... 1 it will get boring, 2 you will stop getting results cause your body will get used to it, or you will get results slowly, this is like the p90x effect it works because your body never gets used to it, and is forced to build muscle to protect yourself... i suck at explaining this, and 3 you should fuck bitches, get money and get swole!
whats kept me going is the future,, i just think about how great ill look in the future lol
also personal protection, a huge factor ,and confidence-working out has also givin me allot more confidence, and i just feel like in the future ill be even more confident! 8) plus i feel so great ! it was really hard for me to start workin out ,,
so scrawny walkin up to those beast guys in the gym lol jus to get at the weights
but i kept at it and im so much happier i did 8) just think of the future 8D
Advise #8 is a very good one, I work as a design engineer and I have to stay sit all day long, and most of the time I don't feel like I want to workout, I'll try it today and see how it goes.
Woweee. I haven't been to gym for around 2 weeks now because of a possible infection in my rib muscles. I'm honestly feeling like poop but i'm going gym soon and get some cardio done! ooaaahh!
Great video, thanks for sharing. Question for you, for someone who has a medical condition (where they are always tired because of low hormones), how can one aquire energy to work out? I'm currently taking vitamins. So what do you or anyone else suggust? Thank you so much.
@wpgmistyh2o u can try preworkouts, they are pretty useful but different ppl have diff experiences. It works great for some ppl but others crash or doesnt feel it. Depending on your age (over 30), you can also take substances such as tribulus which boosts ur testosterone
@bballgarnnet Thanks so much. I am a female who just turned 30. After i had a child i started having issues, the speacialist is trying to figure it all out. Anyhow what do you mean by a pre-workout exactly? Sorry i'm kinda new to working out.
@wpgmistyh2o pre-workouts r basically supplements with NO and beta alanine with other ingredients that give you energy before workouts. the downside varies person to person like i said. I use 1M.R. and i have no problem with it, although it gives my friend upset stomach,
and since you're female, definately do not use trbulus as tahts for males haha
I used to workout in the mornings but I thought it'd be more hygienic if I worked out in the evening before I usually have my shower because I don't have the time to workout in the mornings with school but thanks for the video anyway! Whenever I do my cardio before my workouts I listen to music to get me motivated :)
@bilalk85 but you probablly had ate before you went to bed and while you were asleep you haven't wasted much of your energy. for me the best time to workout is two hours after breakfast
All makes sense. But hey what ever works for you. You got to figure it out for yourself. You are what you think about thats for sure. Working out in the A.M. is great because your body has been fasting for 7 or more hrs. so you will burn more fat. According to Bill Phillips anyway. Thanks for the video. -JK
hey mike...nice audio... thanks for the tips ...why dont you do this kind of videos with camera on? when you film your self we can concentrate more at what you are saying...or maybe it's just my opinion
man! this is what I've been waiting for so long... a video about workout commitment. this really helps a lot dude. workout commitment is a really serious business as we entered the long journey of fitness and healthy lifestyle. not to mention a toned up body... 10 THUMBS UP TO YOU MISTER!!!
@niveaskin1 girls will not be HUGE naturally when they work out. Femals have lower testosterone level than males, which is what makes man get bigger when we work out. Do resistance work out and some fat burning exercises, your sexy, toned and hot body will just be by the corner! hope that helps

What the fuck?? Love ir recipes.. But, fuck no.. Don't worry about it missing a workout?? You should be fuckin ashamed! TRAIN HARD, EAT BIG, INTENSITY, NEVER BIG ENOUGH
@NutritionMuscleBuild Seriously? Think about that for a second and chill out, man. Some people have REALLY busy lives and are lucky to even find the time to get a workout in. If someone misses a workout, they will probably feel ashamed, like nothing they do is going to make a difference, and then get discouraged to the point to where they don't even feel like working out anymore.
@leanbodylifestyle everyone keeps saying that having a workout diary is very important. I don't get it, I mean I can't imagine anyone doing this cause it really sucks. Do you actually have one?
@DerToyzi It's a great tool to utilize for several reasons. You can track your progress and see if you're gaining strength. You can also use it so that when you go to the gym you know specifically how much weight you used last time and what you should use this time. Any effective routine will have you using progressively heavier weights. If you want more info check my channel I did a video on it.
@leanbodylifestyle Hi your vids are really helpfull. But i have one question- can you show us some recipes without using protein powder because some of us can't get protein powder. Thanks in advance!
@leanbodylifestyle Thank you for all the hard work you put into your channel. I tracked my progress form your 300 spartan workout and your right, it only motivates. I don't mean to be a little weird here, but your my role model :)
However I have college everyday at 9:00am and my gym opens at 7:00am, the bus takes an hour to get from the gym to college to my workout can only be about an hour and for a warm up, workout, and a shower afterwards its just not enough time for me :/!
Goku from DBZ is my role model :)
