the reason of charice being bulol stems from a bitter childhood her father mistreated her.like shouting at her or worst did physical harm those years charice lived in fear so with his brother n mother. I happen to know this becoz i have an uncle who is also bulol was a product of his fathers harsh treatment to him when he was stilll young. his being bulol is very noticeable when he speaks he doubles every word he speaks good thing 4 charice dont double her words when she speaks a word/sentence.
