Great Job, well done machine. I would be very interested in seeing what the machine looks like. I would like to know what size steppers you used, and what controller, and what bearings. The reason I watch these youtube videos is to learn how the other guy does it, and to get ideas for my own machine. Maybe I am alone here, and all the people watching just want to see it work.

looks like you need to calibrate the steps per inch in x & y

Is that lost steps, machine flex, or leadscrew backlash? Have you tried EMC's backlash compensation?

Looks like you're losing some steps on the motors or something since the part looks different than the emc2 logo.
I tried using my dremel on my machine and it just couldnt handle any wood cutting or engraving. You should try some foam or balsa wood.
