No production plans have been announced for the Converj concept. However Cadillac will be introducing a new CTS-V Coupe which shares some of the body styling of the Voltec Converj seen in this video.

hate electric cars. dangerous to work on. expensive. miserable to drive. they need to save the nice looking cars for big engines and leave little toy engines to the tree huggers. more companies need to be thinking along the lines of hondas new car that uses hydrogen to power the batteries on board instead of a engine. its much more practical, environmentally friendly and will free up designs like this for real car enthusiasts

You clearly don't know anything about the electric cars coming down the pipe.... Nickel-Air batteries will soon replace Li-Ion batteries. 3x or better range improvements with less weight (possibly cheaper production too). And there's plenty of proof electric cars can have great speed and range (tesla, eliica, etc.) and they cost way less to power, a few cents per gallon(supercapacitors installed in cars would allow very fast charging:a few mins. in a few years) with wireless charging too!google!

before judging, check out the tesla model s. its a 4 door seden that will compete with mercedes cls(and kick its butt); 0-60 in under 6 secs, sits 5+2, (yes, seriously) and does 300 miles per charge... AND it looks fricken preety; lyk an aston martin. then say that bull again, or stand corrected. chk it out on you tube.
