By the way I went to Missouri State back in the day (when it was Southwest Missouri State.) I haven't lived in MO for years but I may hop over to Youngstown to watch the Bears and Penguins in October.

Is he seriouslly injured? yeah that offense should be able to throw the ball around very well, and didn't you guys get that RB from UCF? oh thats cool. Im from Oklahoma. What round did the Lion's get the Penn State WR?

Yes, Kevin Jones is a very durable back from UCF. Maurice Morris was added from Seattle. Also drafted RB from TCU.

Derrick Williams from Penn State was selected in the 3rd round by Detroit. I'm hoping he can return kicks.

well that's good that he's healthy. He's really good. How do you think the deffense will do overall?

Lions defense? We have great linebackers.. not much of a d-line.. secondary is a big question mark.. all new guys again. How is the Cowboys defense? Man, I love DeMarcus Ware. I wanted him!

In 2005 stinking Matt Millen took Mike Williams (is he out of football?) with the 10th pick. Then the Cowboys took Ware with the next pick.

oh good. Anthony should help the secondary. will Ray from USC start? oh man me too Dware is great plus he's added muscle and kept his speed this offseason. our d-line worries me, and so does SS, but other than that we look good

Rey Maualuga? He's with Cincinnati. I'm not sure who their starting MLB is. They had a nice draft. I think they will be better than everyone expects.

oops im thinking of someone else i guess. but yeah Cincinnati should be pretty good with carson palmer healthy. Who else did they get in the draft?

My favorite all-time player is former Oklahoma State great Barry Sanders. He was such a joy to watch!! Great person, too.

Nothing to be embarrassed about. OK State is a good Big 12 team. I'm thrilled that my Lions drafted Pettigrew!

yeah im excited to watch him play he's got all the tools to be a great tightend in the NFL. Im a Dallas fan but im going to keep up with Pettigrew, and im interested to see how the lions rebound from that season. It seems they have some young offensive weapons.

I just hope Detroit's offensive line can protect Stafford or Culpepper. We added Anthony Henry to our secondary. Will he help the Lions in your opinion?

He will help very, very much. I am extremely disapointed Dallas traded Anthony, especially for Kitna. It was a steal for Lions. Kitna will add nothing to our team, but Anthony will be great in Detroit.

Kitna is decent as a backup if Romo goes down. I'm glad to be rid of Roy Williams (he is not a team player.) But now I heard the Lions # 2 receiver is injured (something to do with a golf cart!)

calvin johnson is hurt?

Bryant Johnson was involved in a golf cart injury. Bryant (former Cardinal/49er) is the # 2 receiver now. After Calvin and him it's just Dennis Northcutt and a rookie from Penn State.

Can you imagine an offense with Calvin Johnson and Brandon Pettigrew? Wow!! And Matthew Stafford throwing to them? I'm feeling good about the future!!
