Wish I would have found this before I got fired today. We have cards signed but there was a RAT in the pack and I got fired. Union is going to back me up with lawyers but now this blows the campaign wide open. Any advice on what I should do to get these people to sign? BTW I thought I spoke to a leader and she turned out to be the RAT.
Thanks for the video Jason. I have been an Organizer for nearly 20 years. I believe another mistake Organizers make is not forming committees. Also, we have a policy that we typically do not file until our numbers are closer to eighty-five percent of cards signed. Please let your viewers know that filing with the minimum will make their campaign a very difficult uphill battle.
