@smokenfly514 a 'break' is when the price moves above or below a support or resistance line that has been set by using previous high and low points, and a stop is where a trader would place a stop loss, the stop loss literally stops any further losses should the market move againts you. have a look at some of the other videos as David explains them much more clearly, hope this helps :)
