never rode on it but it is beutiful. 99% of the amtran internatinals that we are retired bus 438 439 and spare 221 is still in ervice and has been replaced with 2002 international REs from a town from weston
@9sb19 there nice i rode on 1 a few weeks ago because my bus was in the shop again it was bus 7 but it is smaller than the amtran internationals so that is why we have the beutiful tc/2000
@9sb19 this 2010 ic ce has a am/ fm radio it has air brakes and air doors it has a black hood and has stair rails on both sides. it is a 76 passenger or 51 adults. it has blue seat covers and wide back door. the unit number is 101277it has a MAXXFORCE DT
@9sb19 it is it has noise reduction control, cruise control and sence we got it my driver does the guage sweep before starting it. It has 3 heaters in the back but they disabled the third one because it wouldnt turn off and it killed the battery so we had a 2001 bluebird tc/ 2000 as a sub bus
@9sb19 yea i know the 2002 international ce that we used to have will be used as a sub bus, training bus, it could be sold to a private owner or will be donated to the police department. they have a 1995 wayne international that used to be 411
@9sb19 the police bus is used for a summer program called DARE its a drug prevention program for kids they use it on field trips. the 2002 ce could probly sit in the yard too with 1 1999 bluebird international and 2 1999 amtran genesis
A 1994 AmTran Ford. None of those buses are used on a route, but they get regularly used on certain trips and for sub buses. I plan on buying one of them.
@9sb19 nice i plan on buying the 2001 bluebird tc/ 2000 they are used on route and sub bus the 2000 amtran international is the oldest and is mostly used on sub bus
@9sb19 i want to buy a front engine bus like the tc/ 2000 plus they are not selling it and it could go to the police department to replace their 1995 wayne international. the police department also owns a 1991 tmc rts that is used for the DARE program too
TC2000s are great buses. I want two of them, myself. One FE and one RE. I have to wait a few more years for the RE, though. The FE may be really soon. You should try to get one.
I love certain Fords. I really love the 1993 eras. Those were awesome. I should be getting a TCFE soon. One is for sale and I'm going for it. How do you plan on getting an IC FE already? Lol.
@9sb19 no the yard has 3 2001 for sale and a 2001 re for sale also and the oldest in the fleet are the 2001s bb tc 2000 and 438 and 439 just got changed to 2008 ic ce
@9sb19 ok i will try they are barley out in norwalk but i was in bridgeport and i was walking and i seen one for fair field on charter it was a 2007 with a emergecy exit on both sides
@9sb19 its not retired its a spare bus i think and i beleve its a MAXXFORCE 9 b ut i will make a recording to see if you know. also 440 got a new bus too it went from a 2001 blue bird tc/2000 to a 2003 ic ce
@9sb19 yes they are 2000 amtran internatinals and are yhe oldest bus in the fleet after they retired the 2001 internatinal fe and the 1999 amtran genesis and 1 1999 amtran re
@9sb19 i rode the genesis in 7th grade when it go to 15 miles per hour it wistled and the internatinal fe my original ic ce broke down and got it as a spre bus andit sounded ike the bb all american but i hated that bus because it broke down on a driver alot and when we got the amtran internatinals he was happy
Cool, I've liked buses with black hoods, make them look sharp and mean, lol. But I like to get on the Interstate with mine and just stretch it's legs some.
@9sb19 the little bus had them too but the newer little buses has no eyelids. first student got rid of the little bus fleet because they were contracted by a local company called ECS transportation
@9sb19 the buses have unit number wich tells the year of the bus like bus 432 unit number is 201376 and it is an 2006 ic ce and they pretty goodliterally all the buses have the warning lamp visors but on bus 445 its visors are dented and the ones on the amtran internainals are rusting
@9sb19 i dont know but bus 429 broke down a few weeks ago its a 2000 amtran internatinal he used to have a 1999 amtran fe i had bus 221 an spare amtran internatinal
428 had bus 208 anther spare amtran internatinal. the oter amtran spares are 101 187 213 and bus 224374 a 2004 ic ce
@9sb19 the transmission went and we are very internatinal based that is litterally our whole fleet there are the 2000 2002 2003 2004 2006 2008 and one 2001 internatinal re that belongs to weston, ct a neighboring town just north of norwalk,ct the city of stamford, ct first student there has mostly the 2006 and 2008 ic re and the 2006 and 2008 ic ce anther town wesport is owned by dattco based out of new britan, ct they just have the 2006 ic fe
I love the sounds of that. I love the IC line, and their ancestory.. Ward, AmTran, and International. Any clue as to why it went? Sorry that I'm asking a lot of questions. But that sounds neat, the fleets. It also sounds like the fleets up there are mainly contracted out. Here, the school district or county owns the buses.
@9sb19 the transmission is old and it just went i love internatinals too what type of bus is yours mines is a 2002 internatinal ce and before 2006 it was a 1999 amtran re what is it like riding on a thomas bus i never been on one but seen them on charter to lake compounce a local amusement park the county doesnt own any school buses first student mostly owns them in norwalk it just says the bus number like my bus 454 then the unit number 210682 then norwalk public schools and then first student
I was on a 2005 IC CE today with a DT466 that claimed over 100800 miles. The bus and engine, all in all, ran perfect. But the transmission did feel strange while just doing 55, but it's perfect.
My bus, is 19. He's a 2006 IC CE, same specs as the one above. He's got roughly 70 grand under his belt.
Sounds like your've had some nice buses. Thomases, depends on what kind you're referring to. The older ones are the best. The new EFs and C2s are good, but very different.
@9sb19 in 5th grade i was on a ic ce too and it was bus 437 its init number is 212186 and had about 5000 miles on it at the time in 2006 it was a uniqe bus because it was the anly ce in the fleet with the ic logo on it
@9sb19 in 2008 bus 424 had a 80 passenger genisis fe and was the biggest bus in the fleet and last year it got switched to a 2006 ic ce a 72 passenger my bus 454 is a 76 passenger and is the only 02 ce the rest were repleased by the 03 ce
Yeah, they're really bad here on being too cheap on buses. I've heard of some not even having dome. Wasn't that supposed to be non removable, and kind of standard? Also, I know here they'll get everything that's cheap; even go so far as not servicing them until they break down.
@9sb19yes their soupposed to be standard on all buses and can be removed to replace light bulb the buses get serviced when driver reports the problem with the bus and it will be sent to the shop bus454 has door problems and has been like that fopr a few months what buses are in your fleet
Yeah standard, but by nonremovable.. I meant like gauges; they're standard and can't be removed. Right? What's up with its door?
Well, that's hard, lol. We've got Blue Bird All Americans from 2000 to 2004. IC CEs from 2002-2006. Thomas C2s from 2008 and 2009-2010. Thomas EFs from 2008, 2010-2011. AmTran, Blue Bird, and Crown Fords from 1994-1997. Blue Bird Freightliners from the 2001 year. 1999 Blue Bird Internationals. Two 2005 IC FEs. 1 2003 Thomas FS-65. 2 2007 Blue Bird Visions. That's it.
@9sb19 yes they ant be removed it is standard and idk whats wrong with the door the bus is 8 years old i dont know what was the old fleet retired fleet i miss bus 435 that bus was a 08 ce
@djmarco121 nothing that was my old bus the door on bus 454 got repaired anbd i found two internatinals re buses 438 and 439 those buses go to a private tenical school called aite and is in stamford,ct
@9sb19 i dont know i havent been on one in 10 years but heard that the engine is loud the fleet is mostly of 06 and 08 ce the amtran internatinal has a manuel jakknife door and a fm/am radio
@9sb19 i seen them but never been on one in ten years ive been on a 2010 ic re on charter from dattco from west rocks middle school here in norwalk to chesire,ct near hartford
@9sb19 no it was a white activity bus that had over head luggage and a/c dattco hasall ic schools buses and ive seen a thomas freightliner fs 65 owned by rip van winkle bus lines based out of ridgefield just about 10-20 mins north of norwalk they operate that bus to all saints catolic school
Sounds like a nice trip bus. We're different, completely. We will always order one extra bus and number it 68 and it'll be a spare and trip bus until the other new ones come in.
@9sb19 spare bus 224374 is used by bus 448 because the drive doesnt like his original 2000 amtran internatinal what type of bus is bus 68 we use bus 424, 432,401,403,436,441,443,406,453,406 and bus 414 are used for long distance trips out of the icity in the city all buses are eligible for trip buses
That's cool. Well, we have a history on bus 68. It was orignally a 2003 IC CE. Then it got put on route when the 2005 IC CEs came to us. Then that bus 68 was remembered to 5 and thrown on route. Then when my batch came in, 2006 IC CEs, one was kept and numbered 68. Then it was given to 50 and stuck on route. Next 68 was a 2008 Thomas C2, now it's 66. Last 68 we've recently gotten was a 2009 Thomas C2. Should be getting more sometime soon.
Yeah, we're the same way. Certain ones go out of town
@9sb19 back in 2001 we had 1995 wayne internatinals amtran fe amtran re internatinal fe internatinal re genisis fe bluebird internatinal and the new 2002 internatinal ce the re was used for most trips in 2004 we had a very bad snow storm and we had a 2 hour early dismisal and bus 442 back then it was a 02 re and the bus loss traction going down a hill and bus crashed into acar luckily everyone was safe
@9sb19 they run good but dont like them ce and re are the best. my old bus 435 was a bluebird internatinal now has 417 old bus a 2008 ic ce unit number 204418
@9sb19 snow on black hoods today as we just had a little snow fall over nite i heard that we might be getting a new fleet of buses over the 2011 summer break to replace the 2000 amtran internatinals. today my bus came out of the shop for matinance for 2 weeks and we had a 2000 amtran internatinal bus 101 as a spare bus we also have bus 104 as a spare amtran internatinal bus is barly out on the road
@9sb19 starting to viberate but it was ok not like the genisises that we had and that was the main reason we retired them bus 187 used to be a genisis fe and we have a 1999 spare bluebird internatinal bus 960269. it used to be bus 435 before it was switch to a 2008 ic ce that used to be 417. now bus 417 is still a 2008 ic ce
@9sb19 yea the genisis was a awsome bus. they still have a few in the yard but is no longer in route service they are actually selling them. they are also selling the Bluebird internatinal 960269. when we retired thewayne internatinals we gave one to the police to use as a summer program bus. in the 1990s we were a all wayne internatinal city but when they retired the 1989 wayne internatinal we got the genisis, amtran re, and a internatinal fe
I liked them, like I did most older buses. That sucks; I hate to see buses leave and get sold off. Well, I'm not too fond of Waynes, so I'm upset that all of those ol' beasts are gone, but the AmTrans were better, lol
@9sb19 i know but i miss the bluebird internatinal the most and the amtran fe and the internatinal fe i also miss the genisis but i never rode on a wayne . when they were in service my bus was a amtran re but they were 2 of them at my elementry school bus 411 and 452 now 452 is a 2003 ic ce and 411 is a 2008 ic ce
Those must be some nice CEs, and a great step up, too.
I do; we have 3 1999 Blue Bird Internationals with DT466Es that are in still in a daily route, and I love seeing them. They remind me of older buses and I love it. To me, nothing can replace those old buses that were each different and unique.
@9sb19 i just found out today we have a new spare ic ce i dont know tyhe year but it is the second bus with the ic logo on it we also have a 2003 bluebird tc/2000 that is also a spare i seen it on 440 today because its regular bus a spare 2000 amtran internatinal.
That sounds kind of like us. We will buy an extra bus every year and use it as a spare and activity bus. It'll be numbered 68, then when the next new buses come in, it'll be put on route.
@9sb19 they didnt buy it first student in Mass. gave us the tc/2000 and more are on the way they are replacing the 2000 amtran internatinals the ic ce we just got is a 2010. and was seen on 403. the 3 tc/2000s in service are on 440,428 and the other one is a spare. but the tc/2000s dont have the bluebird logo and stripe.
@9sb19 i know but we got blue bird tc/2000 with out the blue bird logo and stripe they have led warning light and our 2010-2011 ic ce all have ic logo. bus 431 and 449 are spare buses and there are only 2 amtran internationals are still in service for bus 438 and 439 cause they have alot of kids
I like the C2 and the EF, but they're not my favorite or my top choice. The IC CE has always been up at the top.
That's cool. We're county owned, like I said. Our bus numbers, like 19, corespond to the driver, route, bus, and the identification number. But that's neat.
yeah, i hate how the rod is placed to the front leaf! it bugs the hell outta me just like i saw a tc or a AA fe on here where it was too far the other way, lol
Yeah, I think this bus had a little bit of loose everything, lol. But the wires to the door, both the red switch and the rods to connect the doors together, were very loose.
you can just go to a bus yard go into a bus and screw around with the door? Because I wanna do that!
ICJoshua 1 year ago
You have to see. I had permission from the director of this fleet to do so.
9sb19 11 months ago
never rode on it but it is beutiful. 99% of the amtran internatinals that we are retired bus 438 439 and spare 221 is still in ervice and has been replaced with 2002 international REs from a town from weston
djmarco121 1 year ago
I love REs, lol. Never rode on one, but I love them. Especially the AmTran or IC ones.
It must be a beaute then.
9sb19 1 year ago
@9sb19 there nice i rode on 1 a few weeks ago because my bus was in the shop again it was bus 7 but it is smaller than the amtran internationals so that is why we have the beutiful tc/2000
djmarco121 1 year ago
Why was yours in the shop again? I bet that is a nice bus, too.
9sb19 11 months ago
@9sb19 my bus was in the shop to get new tires my bus is now permanetly a 2010 ic ce it is nice it rides smooth too with only 20,000 miles
djmarco121 11 months ago
That's awesome! Is it the MAXXFORCEDT, right? You got to either record or tell me more about this bus now, lol.
9sb19 11 months ago
@9sb19 this 2010 ic ce has a am/ fm radio it has air brakes and air doors it has a black hood and has stair rails on both sides. it is a 76 passenger or 51 adults. it has blue seat covers and wide back door. the unit number is 101277it has a MAXXFORCE DT
djmarco121 11 months ago
A wide back door? Like wider than stock? That's unique. But sounds like an amazing bus.
9sb19 11 months ago
@9sb19 it is it has noise reduction control, cruise control and sence we got it my driver does the guage sweep before starting it. It has 3 heaters in the back but they disabled the third one because it wouldnt turn off and it killed the battery so we had a 2001 bluebird tc/ 2000 as a sub bus
djmarco121 11 months ago
Dang that sucks about the heater. But sounds like your driver is caring for it and it's an awesome bus. NIcely done!
9sb19 11 months ago
@9sb19 yea i know the 2002 international ce that we used to have will be used as a sub bus, training bus, it could be sold to a private owner or will be donated to the police department. they have a 1995 wayne international that used to be 411
djmarco121 11 months ago
Why does the police department need a bus? That's cool; at least it's living on.
9sb19 11 months ago
@9sb19 the police bus is used for a summer program called DARE its a drug prevention program for kids they use it on field trips. the 2002 ce could probly sit in the yard too with 1 1999 bluebird international and 2 1999 amtran genesis
djmarco121 11 months ago
Oh ok. Well that's a good use for that bus.
9sb19 11 months ago
@9sb19 i know that is a good use for that bus. what is the oldest bus in your fleet ?
djmarco121 11 months ago
A 1994 AmTran Ford. None of those buses are used on a route, but they get regularly used on certain trips and for sub buses. I plan on buying one of them.
9sb19 11 months ago
@9sb19 nice i plan on buying the 2001 bluebird tc/ 2000 they are used on route and sub bus the 2000 amtran international is the oldest and is mostly used on sub bus
djmarco121 11 months ago
Wow, a 2000 is the oldest. Our oldest on route is a 1996.
You should buy it.
9sb19 11 months ago
@9sb19 i want to buy a front engine bus like the tc/ 2000 plus they are not selling it and it could go to the police department to replace their 1995 wayne international. the police department also owns a 1991 tmc rts that is used for the DARE program too
djmarco121 11 months ago
Oh ok, that's cool.
TC2000s are great buses. I want two of them, myself. One FE and one RE. I have to wait a few more years for the RE, though. The FE may be really soon. You should try to get one.
9sb19 10 months ago
@9sb19 the tc 2000 fe and i want the ic fe and ic re i dont like the ford buses
djmarco121 10 months ago
I love certain Fords. I really love the 1993 eras. Those were awesome. I should be getting a TCFE soon. One is for sale and I'm going for it. How do you plan on getting an IC FE already? Lol.
9sb19 10 months ago
@9sb19 no the yard has 3 2001 for sale and a 2001 re for sale also and the oldest in the fleet are the 2001s bb tc 2000 and 438 and 439 just got changed to 2008 ic ce
djmarco121 10 months ago
That's cool. I'd love the RE. Can you message me and show me what they look like?
9sb19 9 months ago

djmarco121 9 months ago
I am looking forward to that man! I expect it to be an awesome video and an amazing bus. ;-)
9sb19 5 months ago
@9sb19 the lights needed replacement and the tires had to be replaced any way my 2002 international ce is now retired and now we have a 2010 ic ce
djmarco121 11 months ago
Why'd they retire it just because of that?
9sb19 11 months ago
@9sb19 its not retired its a spare bus i think and i beleve its a MAXXFORCE 9 b ut i will make a recording to see if you know. also 440 got a new bus too it went from a 2001 blue bird tc/2000 to a 2003 ic ce
djmarco121 11 months ago
That's a little strange. But ok I reckon, lol.
A MAXXFORCE9? I hadn't heard of them.
9sb19 11 months ago
first student in norwalk, ct got those type of buses last year
djmarco121 1 year ago
What, AmTran Internationals?
9sb19 1 year ago
@9sb19 yes they are 2000 amtran internatinals and are yhe oldest bus in the fleet after they retired the 2001 internatinal fe and the 1999 amtran genesis and 1 1999 amtran re
djmarco121 1 year ago
Sounds like they let some good ones go. I was just trying to understand why they would get these, last year, if they're about to be retired.
9sb19 1 year ago
@9sb19 they were brung in from anther town
djmarco121 1 year ago

That's it.
9sb19 1 year ago
@9sb19 yes they ant be removed it is standard and idk whats wrong with the door the bus is 8 years old i dont know what was the old fleet retired fleet i miss bus 435 that bus was a 08 ce
djmarco121 1 year ago
Yeah, you would think.. but I've heard other wise from First Student.
That's weird. But 8 years of wearing and tearing can take a tol on a bus.
What do you mean? What happened to 435?
9sb19 1 year ago
@9sb19 i hate first student laidlaw was better
djmarco121 1 year ago
I completely agree with you.
9sb19 1 year ago
@djmarco121 nothing that was my old bus the door on bus 454 got repaired anbd i found two internatinals re buses 438 and 439 those buses go to a private tenical school called aite and is in stamford,ct
djmarco121 1 year ago
Oh ok. Cool. How are those REs?
9sb19 1 year ago
@9sb19 i dont know i havent been on one in 10 years but heard that the engine is loud the fleet is mostly of 06 and 08 ce the amtran internatinal has a manuel jakknife door and a fm/am radio
djmarco121 1 year ago
Oh ok. I'm sorry, I thought you meant you saw them. We have no rear engine buses, what so ever.
9sb19 1 year ago
@9sb19 i seen them but never been on one in ten years ive been on a 2010 ic re on charter from dattco from west rocks middle school here in norwalk to chesire,ct near hartford
djmarco121 1 year ago
Oh ok, cool. Was the charter a school trip bus, or something else? I visited a fleet this summer that had all rear engines, and I loved them.
9sb19 1 year ago
@9sb19 no it was a white activity bus that had over head luggage and a/c dattco hasall ic schools buses and ive seen a thomas freightliner fs 65 owned by rip van winkle bus lines based out of ridgefield just about 10-20 mins north of norwalk they operate that bus to all saints catolic school
djmarco121 1 year ago
Sounds like a nice trip bus. We're different, completely. We will always order one extra bus and number it 68 and it'll be a spare and trip bus until the other new ones come in.
9sb19 1 year ago
@9sb19 spare bus 224374 is used by bus 448 because the drive doesnt like his original 2000 amtran internatinal what type of bus is bus 68 we use bus 424, 432,401,403,436,441,443,406,453,406 and bus 414 are used for long distance trips out of the icity in the city all buses are eligible for trip buses
djmarco121 1 year ago
9sb19 1 year ago
@9sb19 back in 2001 we had 1995 wayne internatinals amtran fe amtran re internatinal fe internatinal re genisis fe bluebird internatinal and the new 2002 internatinal ce the re was used for most trips in 2004 we had a very bad snow storm and we had a 2 hour early dismisal and bus 442 back then it was a 02 re and the bus loss traction going down a hill and bus crashed into acar luckily everyone was safe
djmarco121 1 year ago
Dang, that sounds like it would've been a fun bus ride, lol.
We too have one of those 2002 International CEs, still is in good shape.
We've never had a delay, if it's snowing, we just won't go.
Also, a correction to my 68 list yesterday, a 2001 Blue Bird Freightliner was also 68, now it's 39 and will be replaced soon.
9sb19 1 year ago
@9sb19 in danbury a city 30 mins north 90% of their fleet is the thomas c2 and the rest are the 2010 ford collins and 2008 ic ce
djmarco121 1 year ago
How are the C2s up there? I see some schools, hint SOME, schools here with C2s, but not a lot. I see more ICs than anything, or Blue Birds.
9sb19 1 year ago
@9sb19 they run good but dont like them ce and re are the best. my old bus 435 was a bluebird internatinal now has 417 old bus a 2008 ic ce unit number 204418
djmarco121 1 year ago
So the Internationals are better there; that's good to hear. I don't mind the C2s; I like changes.
9sb19 1 year ago
@9sb19 yea they are thats why ct is ic ,thomas and blue bird based the thamas are the ef model
djmarco121 1 year ago
Cool. I really like the IC ones, older Thomases, and middle aged Blue Birds, lol.
9sb19 1 year ago
@9sb19 yea i like the ic ones too
djmarco121 1 year ago
I agree, lol.
9sb19 1 year ago
@9sb19 yea but today i went by thed bus depot and i saw a retired 99 bluebird internatinal 99 genisis feand the 2001 res at the gas pump in the front
djmarco121 1 year ago
Dang, those sound like good ones too.
9sb19 1 year ago
@9sb19 my bus fr the first timehad bs 101 witch was used by bus 432 while waiting to get its 06 ce
djmarco121 1 year ago
Cool.
9sb19 1 year ago
@9sb19 snow on black hoods today as we just had a little snow fall over nite i heard that we might be getting a new fleet of buses over the 2011 summer break to replace the 2000 amtran internatinals. today my bus came out of the shop for matinance for 2 weeks and we had a 2000 amtran internatinal bus 101 as a spare bus we also have bus 104 as a spare amtran internatinal bus is barly out on the road
djmarco121 1 year ago
That's cool. I'd be upset to see them leave, though. Cool. How'd it run for you?
9sb19 1 year ago
@9sb19 starting to viberate but it was ok not like the genisises that we had and that was the main reason we retired them bus 187 used to be a genisis fe and we have a 1999 spare bluebird internatinal bus 960269. it used to be bus 435 before it was switch to a 2008 ic ce that used to be 417. now bus 417 is still a 2008 ic ce
djmarco121 1 year ago
Sounds like buses get swapped there a little often. But that's pretty cool. So the Genesis was a good bus?
9sb19 1 year ago
@9sb19 yea the genisis was a awsome bus. they still have a few in the yard but is no longer in route service they are actually selling them. they are also selling the Bluebird internatinal 960269. when we retired thewayne internatinals we gave one to the police to use as a summer program bus. in the 1990s we were a all wayne internatinal city but when they retired the 1989 wayne internatinal we got the genisis, amtran re, and a internatinal fe
djmarco121 1 year ago
I liked them, like I did most older buses. That sucks; I hate to see buses leave and get sold off. Well, I'm not too fond of Waynes, so I'm upset that all of those ol' beasts are gone, but the AmTrans were better, lol
9sb19 1 year ago
@9sb19 i know but i miss the bluebird internatinal the most and the amtran fe and the internatinal fe i also miss the genisis but i never rode on a wayne . when they were in service my bus was a amtran re but they were 2 of them at my elementry school bus 411 and 452 now 452 is a 2003 ic ce and 411 is a 2008 ic ce
djmarco121 1 year ago
Those must be some nice CEs, and a great step up, too.
I do; we have 3 1999 Blue Bird Internationals with DT466Es that are in still in a daily route, and I love seeing them. They remind me of older buses and I love it. To me, nothing can replace those old buses that were each different and unique.
9sb19 1 year ago
@9sb19 i just found out today we have a new spare ic ce i dont know tyhe year but it is the second bus with the ic logo on it we also have a 2003 bluebird tc/2000 that is also a spare i seen it on 440 today because its regular bus a spare 2000 amtran internatinal.
djmarco121 1 year ago
That sounds kind of like us. We will buy an extra bus every year and use it as a spare and activity bus. It'll be numbered 68, then when the next new buses come in, it'll be put on route.
How did it appear?
9sb19 1 year ago
@9sb19 they didnt buy it first student in Mass. gave us the tc/2000 and more are on the way they are replacing the 2000 amtran internatinals the ic ce we just got is a 2010. and was seen on 403. the 3 tc/2000s in service are on 440,428 and the other one is a spare. but the tc/2000s dont have the bluebird logo and stripe.
djmarco121 1 year ago
I noticed one of our buses, the 2003 Thomas FS-65, don't have the Thomas decals on it. Cool, but I'd miss those AmTran Internationals, lol.
9sb19 1 year ago
@9sb19 i know but we got blue bird tc/2000 with out the blue bird logo and stripe they have led warning light and our 2010-2011 ic ce all have ic logo. bus 431 and 449 are spare buses and there are only 2 amtran internationals are still in service for bus 438 and 439 cause they have alot of kids
djmarco121 1 year ago
That sounds like a nice TC2000. How is it? Y'all seem to spec them really nice.
9sb19 1 year ago
Ones that we want to show off. Then if it's intown, just grab one.
9sb19 1 year ago
I like the C2 and the EF, but they're not my favorite or my top choice. The IC CE has always been up at the top.
That's cool. We're county owned, like I said. Our bus numbers, like 19, corespond to the driver, route, bus, and the identification number. But that's neat.
9sb19 1 year ago
makes me wonder how all of it works
thomasfreightliner1 1 year ago
I agree. More like it makes me wonder how it even passed inspection and how it's allowed on the road to transport children.
9sb19 1 year ago
yeah, i hate how the rod is placed to the front leaf! it bugs the hell outta me just like i saw a tc or a AA fe on here where it was too far the other way, lol
thomasfreightliner1 1 year ago
That sucks. Makes you start to wonder and question somethings sometimes.
9sb19 1 year ago
loose wires?
thomasfreightliner1 1 year ago
Yeah, I think this bus had a little bit of loose everything, lol. But the wires to the door, both the red switch and the rods to connect the doors together, were very loose.
