For you (this is the only interesting TH song), but not for many listeners. I respect your discretion on that. However, I would like to note that Bill should not only be judged and deemed as such kind of singer based on his range. It's like saying a cello doesn't sound good because it doesn't sound (isn't tuned) as a violin. We should also consider his voice quality. Well, it's undeniable that he has a really captivating voice quality even with that lower voice.
