at 7:34 because you're in the wrong side of town Brent and Mandy! You've been hanging out by the business section (so everything is closed at night) and the tourists areas (42st & Washington Square Park), not the real NYC party district where everyone goes bar hopping and is drunk chatting and laughing loudly in small groups on the sidewalks deciding where to go in next, or making out against the walls. There's also dance clubs that open on friday night-->close sunday after noon (it nevr ends)
