  • why are you telling this the hole world?

    noone interest!

  • get a black 7x7,,and combine them,,use black and white in a checkerboard motif

but the stickers in normal way

then you have a one of a kind cube ^^

  • This is kinda what happened to memyselfandpi

  • nooooooo

  • That happened to me except 2 centers broke off, I ended up wrapping up the core in packaging tape and I can still speedcube with it XD

  • Oh thats gotta suck. Ihave a v cube 7

  • Exact that thing happend to my 5x5. Sucks.

  • @DevastatingDemise. I think it was too, but v-cubes is just awesome, so they sent me inner pieces anyway.

  • SAME!!!! Except it was just one piece. Where are you able to contact v-cube to ask for a new piece?Be a good guy and answer my question please

  • lol

  • the 3x3 rubik cube is it goos and heavy duty and the colors stay??

  • @firefoxfreeze

I talked to v-cubes and they sent me three new inner pieces, i needed only one though :D

  • Thats kinda what happened to my QJ 4x4.....i super glued it back on

  • if you can epoxy it and clamp it down to the core it should work

  • I was washing the pieces after I got my 6x6 and an inner piece fell down the drain. IT SUCK BALLS.

  • @royshouseproductions

DAMN! Don't do that! Use your bathroom sink next time! :(

  • @royshouseproductions no offense, but I think that 's your fault.

  • how do u contact them?! i filled out everything but the verification thing keeps saying wrong code.

  • memyselfandpi got a new core for free from the vcube company

  • @waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaagh that's because his core was defective, rob's wasn't. Rob broke his, MM&P's popped off.

  • i think rob and memyself are trying to fix their cubes because mine kinda loose and im trying to figure it out how to bring it back to tne same cube when i bought it....and i dropped my 7x7 as well and nothing happened so i think this is not a defective product they are trying to do something on their cube thats why it broke....they trying to make it intact again and they force it....they think that they can turn the screws out of the core they force it...

  • my little bro dropped my 4x4 down the stairs, and as soon as it hit the hard wood floor, it was in a milion pieces...hha

  • u should make a 7x7 tutorial.

  • If my V-Cube 7 are exploded soon, where can I order a V-Cube 7 Core?

  • that happen to my 3x3x3 yesterday

  • last wednesday, someone threw a basketball at my 5x5, i dropped it and it blew up. Luckily, it didnt break the core or the pieces like my 4x4 when i dropped it off a laptop.

  • same, i was at school, and i was light tossing it against the wall, then the whole thing just shattered when it hit the floor... the axis broke clean in half.. i htink it hit the corner and the force broke it.

  • haha sorry, the same thing happened with my eastsheen 5x5

  • me too!

  • sorry man

  • my friend juggled my 3x3x3 and snapped the cap off the turning mechanism!

  • wow that sucks now youre gonna have to pop the cap back in there ah man sounds terrible compared to rob's V7.

P.,S. i know you said this a month ago.

  • I forget to add that the costs I listed are total costs, and that includes both S/H and a processing fee and it assumes shipping from Greece to Australia (where I llive).

  • A V-Cube 7 costs $43.93 Euros, and that includes S/H and a processing fee. Similar costs for V-Cube 6 is $39.17 Euros and $33.22 for a V-Cube 5.

  • not anymore, its on like a sale or something. The v-cube 7 is 28 Euros and its $40. I got the whole set including S/H for about $132, that included the 5, 6, and 7, so i think its on sale

  • jeez dude u got ripped off!

  • and i thought putting a normal rubik's was hard to put back together...lol

  • Did you ever receiver that core piece? This happened to my 6x6 too.

  • yeah he got it when he ordered the black set it was in a more recent video.

  • i thought my exploded 4x4 was a mess

  • dang I would be pissed! 7x7x7 are like 55 bucks!!

  • and shipping is another 20-30

  • I think thats the price he meant. a v cube 7 is only $35 now without the shipping

  • thats just temparary for a sale, but he might have ment that

  • i know.

  • my 5x5 eastsheen finally fell apart just like cubing cataclysm. so I reassembled it just to throw it against my brick wall as hard as I could. i should have got it on video. It was quite the display.

  • v cubes should send you a free core if you submit a video. thats wat happened to memyselfandpi

  • haha here, OWNED.

  • I cried when i did this to my 3x3, my first 3x3 busted during finals at school. i had it for a year and the core snapped in 2, i didnt want to super glue that disrespects the cube so i gave it a burial in my back yard.

  • wow...

    i lost my first 3x3 =(

  • a 3x3? lol its only 10 bucks

  • @gamerjr92 cried?

  • thank the heavens i have a carpeted floor.

  • lol like my video hybrid cube core breaking but WAY worse

  • You got really unlucky on this one. My V-Cube is a stone. You can kick it and it will hold. Look at Tony Fishers video "Drop-kicking a V-Cube"

  • how much is tone of this things?

  • [w][w][w][.][v-cubes][.][com]

  • It happened to me once, but it was with a 4x4x4.

These thing are too easy to break. : (

Becarefull guys while solving your cube, don't drop it on the floor.

  • i hope that doesnt happen 2 me when i get my cube beacuse i have tile floor 2

  • Get carpets. =P

  • That happened to me too! Only with me it broke along 2 centers... I was simply able to wrap the core up in packaging tape and it works fine. I can even still speedsolve with it!

  • erm...are you going to make v-cubes black collection video??

  • Yes. I am supposed to be receiving my package on 3/10/09. I will have a video of the package and possibly give a short review.

  • woooo!! this i s a really bad news!!

  • no i wasnt jugleing it. lol

  • Did you ever get a knew core?

  • Well as of now, the white V-Cube 7 is reassembled, with the core krazy glued. It actually holds really well so far. But I did order a white core (had to pay for it) and the black V-Cube collection. I will make a video when I receive them.

  • how much does it cost?

    the 7 v-cube?

  • about $55 US

  • but when adding shiping $70-$80 due to where you live

  • HOLY SH*T!!! i konw it's sad to break the middle piece lik i did with 3X3. oh well at least it'll take you like a month to put all the pieces back

  • wow good luck with reassembling it.

  • its actually really easy to do.. it just takes a while to find what pieces you're looking for

  • did it hold up, with crazy glue

  • hopefully my v-cube 7 wont do this (i heard from alot of my IRL friends and on youtube their white cores have broken alot) but thats just them..

  • hey i hav a v-cube 7 and i wuz wondering if i kan use DW-40 to lube it with out it messing up the cube or anything kuz i don't have silicon.......kan somebody please answer????????

  • never use WD 40

  • why?

    its a lube

  • doesn't set in ur cube

    and melts stickers

  • Don't use any lube that contains petroleum of any kind. It will gradually kill your cube

Besides WD-40 isn't much like silicone spray as WD-40 is silicone free.

  • wd-40 doesnt work... it just makes a black dusty mess ,lol

  • V-Cubes sends you a free core if you send them a video of your broken core.

  • that sucks the 7x7x7 is expensive too its like 50 bucks

  • thats what happend to my 3 x3 once it chiped hard

  • My condolences for your lose.

    That sucks

  • ouch =/

  • maybe, but if you take off the layers supported by that one then shake it, the other pieces will fall out

  • wow... how the hell did that break when someone drop kicked it and n]like nothing happened???.....

  • r.i.p

a morons cube great puzzle and frend

  • my 4x4 broke but i crazy glued it together and it works perfectly (but all the stickers are practically gone)

  • oooo, that would suck. I would actually cry too, i mean, 7x7x7 breakin?

  • no core to support them

  • ouch, tht sucks man

  • v-cubes are racists come on BLACK collection

  • what are you talking about?

  • that sucks

  • Same thing happened to me on a 3x3x3 cube lols... dumb airbubbles!

  • big cube= more problems

  • how is the cube holding up so far?

have you been able to solve it again?

are you still waiting a while?

    or did it break again?

  • you dropped it, or you threw it onProxy-Connection: keep-alive

    Cache-Control: max-age=0

0the floor cause you were mad?

  • now you can make a tutorial on how to reassemble a v-cube 7

  • that !@$#ing sucks!

  • i´d panic if my cube broke, seriusely

  • that really sucks man. i feel ur pain tho.

  • poor guy

  • gl m8

  • go to one of memyselfandpi's videos the same thing happend to him. all you have to do is make a vid of the broken piece and they will send you a new one

  • Well I already crazy glued the piece back on. But I'm wondering if this video would work, I mean it does show that the axis piece cracked. They still haven't replied to me, so if they don't soon I will send another message with the link to this video in it.

  • Was there a bubble near the center of the axis? I saw a different video where that was the case... and it makes it more liable to break. I feel upset about your situation too... I haven't broken mine but I have had explosions where pieces are lost forever... For how many hours we spend playing with a cube, it's like next to kin...

I'm friends with a puzzle sales manager that has close contact with Verdes... I told him try to get some V-cube spare parts just in case. anyways, good luck!!

  • damn. why did you do that. i would have bought another one for you... SERIOUSLY!

  • man i was juggling my 3x3 and my core broke :( its so addicting

  • that's odd...

tony fisher drop-kicked one of these and it didn't do anything.

Well, maybe it's a void because as i said before tony fisher kicked one about 15 feet far and 4 feet high.

  • it was the angle of the fall... I could fall and hit my head on the hard floor and it may not break... but if done just right... ouch!

  • you know memyselandpi ha the same problem

  • wow... seeing all thoes pieces makes me think of legos

  • that didnt happen to tony, when he decided to dropkick his :)

but when you drop it from 4 feet then it breaks...

dont you just love v cubes XD

  • to bad

  • that really sucks.

  • wow thats a lot of pieces

  • the V-cube website never responds...

  • they have to memyselfandpi

  • What's weird is that Tony Fisher drop kicked his 7x7x7 on CONCRETE and it didn't break. And, MeMyselfandPi dropped his out of a car, and it didn't budge.

  • those things must be very fragile how far did u drop it

  • About 3 feet only.. I was pretty surprised when I saw it was cracked.

  • i hope u get it fixed and make a v-cube tutorial cuz mine is scrambled and i'm only like half dun and i got it 4 Christmas

  • oh that sucks

  • It seems to me that I'm always hearing bad things about the V-cubes, e.g. falling apart, popping, etc. Are they really worth it?

  • Wow......

  • I guess some cores are good and some are bad because Tony Fisher drop-kicked one on a sidewalk and it didn't break.

  • Good luck, again thx for the tutorials on 3x3x3 :)

I can solve it now. :D

  • use liquid poly cement instead of crazy glue. the bond will be far stronger and permanant. it does take a few hours to dry though.

  • you can contact the V-cube company and they will send you a brand new core!

  • Got cube insurance? lol I just had to say it...

  • hahaha oh gosh xD lmao

  • Ouch man!!! I drop mine all the time... spill all kinds of stuff... I actually have 3 V-cube 7's ...only one I bought online... I use it for spare parts when I lose something (I've lost 5 pieces so far!) I could send you a core... but I may need it if I have your scenario... good luck

  • DAAAMN! It's a shame we don't have a video of the explosion. Would have been better than phantom menace.

  • so you will get the black collection. man, how could you talk without crying :(

  • Bummer dude, =( I hope that doesnt happen to me.

  • this is exactly what happened to memyselfandpi's vcube

  • hahaha unexpected

  • that would take like a year to put back together

  • that sucks i wonder y yurs broke. cuz have u seen the video of tony fisher punting one? his didnt break.

  • dude i am really sorry that is too bad huh

well if i had a v cube 7 spare core i would give it to you and that one drop could cause a lot of conciecuences i mean how are you going to do a 7x7x7 rubicks cube tutorial and i mean not just that but with me if i dont solve a cube in a day or 2 i lose some skill so i mean your one of the fastest speed solvers but yea so well your fast and even if you lose skill youll gain it back in a day or 2 anyway that is really too bad and i hope they give core

  • The black set is pretty B.A. They fit in much more nicely with other cubes. The do not, however, turn quite as well. They're also a wee bit heavier. It's strange because they have the exact same design. It must be a chemical difference in the solid black plastic.

  • hey rob just to tell you.. i ordered the v cube black collection about a month ago.. all the cubes are fine except for the black v cube 7x7.

It was absolutely terrible quality. I'm not sure if i was a defect or if its really the black version.

The next week i ordered the white version and it was great.

just fair warning... im not saying they are bad

  • damn thats really depressing dude... be careful next time, i always solve my puzzles, even if its a tiny rubik's brand mini 2x2... i still solve it on my bed.. just to be safe. if it wasn't the core, you probably could have caster a piece on your own =[ but man... that sucks.... (hopefully i wont have this problem with mine)

  • awe, sad face

  • so easy to fragile, lose confidence to their product, even they really can make the good product.

  • Well, that figures. Make us a video of it when you get it all completed to see how it works. What would be cool is if you videotaped yourself trying it out and it exploded on film. It'd be sad and kind of be a waste of time, but it would make for some great times on Youtube.

  • Bummer

  • That same thing happened to me! But the company did send me a new piece. It looked like there was an air bubble in the plastic from where it was broken, which led me to believe that it was defective. I sent them a video of it & I believe that was the main reason why they sent me a new one.

  • Ah, lol. I already crazy glued it and it seems to be holding although I haven't reassembled the entire thing yet. I didn't really inspect it, so I'm not sure if there was a bubble. Guess I'll just have to pay for a new core, but maybe they'll send me one for free if I get the black set. I'll see what they say.

  • i just said the same thing happened to you too, i did that because i didn't see you posted this one. oh well!

  • WAIT i seems there was a bubble here too!

  • Dude that sucks sorry dude

  • I know someone else posted about this but if you find a defect where the break happened V-Cubes is pretty good about sending a replacement on it. Good luck bud.

  • That stinks Rob. One of my friends dropped my V7 on the hard tile floor at school and (luckily) nothing happened. Sturdy little buggers they are. I guess that's just the luck of the draw. Verdes Inn. should send you another core for cheap (if anything), they're always real nice.

  • that sucks I hope you fix it

  • Don't crazy glue it, GORILLA GLUE IT.

  • Eh, too late. Just got finished crazy gluing it. We'll see what happens, I wasn't expecting it to hold anyway

  • F*ck that sux

  • I think they will give you a new core becuse i seen another vid where the same thing happened and they got a new core..

  • dang that was not good. I hope they give you a new core. Vcube company is very good as i see it. i got new stikers sended to me for free because i complained on a stickerdamage when my v7 arrived. My experiense with that company is good and they care.

  • dont buy the whole black set MeMyselfAndPi just emailed v-cubes and the sent him a mew cor for free, amd does the space where the core have a sort of indention. "bubble" respond please !!!

  • Darn, I didn't even check. I just crazy glued it. Not sure whether there was a bubble or not. That's definitely a probability.

  • Ouch... that sucks. I think I may have damaged my core when I accidentally slammed my car door on it, which is why my 7x7 is so loose and pops often. Luckily only a few pieces came off, so if the core was damaged, the pieces themselves are actually holding it together. I am never going to try to purposefully take mine apart in fear of it dying.

  • Good job butter fingers

  • Haha, thanks :-P

  • ALot fo glue or mighy putty lol

  • ask them for two because your buying a hole set thats the least they could do

  • The exact same thing happened to Memyselfandpi!

  • butter fingers

  • i bet there was a air bubble in the core because the cores are supposed to be indestructible. just look at the video when tony dropkicks the v7

  • Wow, that just happened to Thrawst...except he was speed solving and everything popped out. I wonder if V-cube changed their materials or something...

  • The pieces might have dents in them if they hit the floor really hard.

  • dude that sucks

  • wow thats exactly what happened to memyselfandpi

  • i lost some pieces when i droped mine and it exploded

im thinking of buying a 6x6, so imma ask them like u did if i could get a replacement piece if i buy a v cube 6

  • Sorry to hear that 10 COMMENT
