  • What hypocrisy! Jehovah's Witnesses create the divide in many families. They take away your family when you quit agreeing with those old farts in Brooklyn, they take away your foundation leaving you vulnerable, without anyone to fall back on. What a bunch of douches! It's so stupid that they pretend to fix families only to rip them apart.

  • Dear,

I would like to thank for having made available this rare video. I watched it without knowing any English. Where to get this rarity? What type of media was? Film? Is there a copy somewhere in the U.S. better? He missed the caption or transcription, this would help those who are of another language.

  • Did Daddy leave because Mommy was a Drunk?! NO Daddy left because he wasn't a part of a cult that required him to stay with the Drunk!

  • @happie2befree I don't think this comment makes sense...but I know what I meant LOL

  • Join the Stepford Witnesses, we'll help you kill your kid if he/she needs a blood transfusion after a serious car accident, for example. Trust us, we have all the expericence you need in how to abduct your son or daughter from the hospital.

WHAT! Did you say Jehovah doesn't require us to do that? Are you challenging the Organization? Remember, Armageddon is, as always, just around the corner. Your kid will be resurrected in the New System of Things.

It IS the Truth you know!

  • @tommotian Armageddon is around the corner, and around the corner, and around the corner... "Armageddon" has been around more corners than "Typhoid Mary" - or a Borg cube...

  • @WWZenaDo

Yes, yes ... I remember all of it, decade after decade. Sigh.

    What a waste of time!

  • I wish my Daddy would Beat me! Maybe if we Join those Jehovah's Witnesses an Elder will do it for me! LoL OMG this is so so so crazy

  • since you conform...Boy have we got conformity for you..Join us, we're the Stepford Witnesses....we'll make sure your every action is watched and reviewed for perfection or else we will make sure you will be condemned by those perfect in the organization...bla bla....this was crazy!

  • I like how they make it seem like ALL "worldly" act like the people in this video.

This video is like watching "Reefer Madness"..haaaaaaaaaaa.

Or watching an old reel to reel film in school back in the 70's.

  • @WakeUpWitness Oh, GAWD!!! "Reefer Madness"!!! Now, THAT was a piece of biased, fear-mongering propaganda!!! Good comparison!

  • Talk about looking at the glass half full....

  • The narration reminds me of the twilight zone! This is very robotic and hypnotic, must get away!

  • i`ll totally do the girl on 3:11

  • Nice arse shots.... I would guess that's the 'Twist' that they're doing... It's almost like watching an amateur production of "West Side Story"... "SINful!!!" "EEEEvilll!!!" They sure like to look at the dark side of everything...

  • Thanks for posting this, I was beginning to wonder If I just dreamed about watching it as a kid.

  • @earnestlyseeking, Geez, YOU had the 'privilege' to see this bullshit?

That's messed up. What stupid propaganda to show it to a kid.

  • @poconoporker It was on TV and was highly praised at the time both in and out of the Org. The Society also had a radio program that was carried on many stations around the country up until the mid to late 70s. It was like a modern day drama.

  • @earnestlyseeking;

    Unbelievable.

  • LOL, "I wanted to bake some cookies. No wonder why daddy left you, you drunk!"

  • That's all who left the WTS. "Unhappy misfits." =)

  • How come I've never heard of this? Most of the JWs I've ever encountered didn't know about this. I couldn't even laugh at this. This is one of the most moronic, intelligence insulting piece of propaganda that I've seen in a long time.

It's right up there with those stupid, scare tactic films from the 50's and 60's. Like Reefer Madness, catching sexually transmitted diseases from loose women, and the communist threat.

    Craptastic,

  • @forensicgirl3

    *** yb75 p. 232 Part 3—United States of America ***

"The motion picture “Heritage,” also produced by the Watch Tower Society in 1966, dealt with the various temptations faced by young persons today."

  • @propagandatechniques *facepalm*

Freakin' hell. You learn something new and disturbing about this cult every day. I had honestly no idea they did this.

Yeesh! Their convention dramas are bad enough.

  • @forensicgirl3 It didn't seem quite as weird at the time as it does now seeing as things have changed so much. Even TV shows from the older days seem a little corny now. But at the time everyone thought they were great.

  • I can't stop laughing! My stomach hurts! LOL!!!

  • Whoa, the Borg put out movies in the old days? I love the terribly awesome acting, vague, sweeping statements, and non-sourced quotes.

  • @JBSauce Total bifurcation at its best.

  • Yeah, because in "spiritual" JW families, the kids never end up on drug-strewn paths to juvenile delinquency... oh wait...

  • @shuttervox LMAO I wonder how many of them kids Died as or are still JW's

  • It fits the WT so well. Looking for misfits.

  • Wow, I don't remember that one. But how does that sell more publications?
