Not familiar with this bands work, came here as i saw they were covering a Prince song. Personally i thought it was a very cool cover. If you don't like "alternative rock" which i cant imagine certain areas of Princes fan base wouldn't, you'll hate this. But as i am infact a big fan of that 90s sound i thought this was a great cover of a already great song.

... do i love this interpretation?.. no, no i do not... but, to each his own I guess. .. prince's had a .. female sexuality to it.. a swagger..... his artistry and GUTS are admirable. I'm sure there are people who prefer this one.. which is cool. Cause maybe they will check out more Prince music.. or even the Eels..

I liked the experimental part of the whole thing! Especially the drums. BUT I love the harmony in the TLC version. Nonetheless, also a grerat cover.

Kick freakin' ass album, love 'rotten world blues' any reason this song did'nt make the cut for a record?? Sounds kinda like "sound of fear" on steriods. Gets me going while driving to work. 3 months to the new album!!! Stoked!!!

I love this track, have never seen the video footage before E is a master, I trust this was the song on the With Strings tour that was not available on the DVD due to copyright issues.
