@The2Wiredproductions There are 15 countries involved in the construction and up keep of tyhe ISS the U.S. is one of them, as is Russia. Something of this importance and size in scope is not a single nations responsibility. As for the Mars budget I to wish it to be left alone is not increased, but situations may change and not just by the Presidents whim. Besides, its the United States Congress that decides the budget of NASA not the President, get folk in the Congress to put up the bucks.
