They think we are talking about going back to Afrika and not realizing we are only proposing our people do what every other ethnic group has done in this country. Control the socio-economics and politics of your community and establish links to the continent and trade with our Brothas and Sistas. I do feel an Afrikan American base on the continent would be beneficial to make this happen, but this wouldn't be all of us. It would be primarily our Ambassadors and people who want to get the hell out of this country. BUT...I have NEVER proposed not controlling our environment here.

@TheHIETTz I've been saying this for years. We keep concentrating on an outside enemy (white folks, Jews, etc.) and refuse to close shop, circle the wagons and concentrate on our internal problems. It has NEVER been about anyone else but US. The current problem is paralysis due to pain, hurt, misery, suffering, betrayal and fear. We have fucked each other over so much no one trusts that anyone will stay the course. It's a legitimate problem that needs addressing.

The problem is we can't agree on who WE, US and OUR is. I'm sorry, but I claim Afrika and Afrikan as a nationality and it personally doesn't matter to me which country on the continent my family originated from. No matter what tribe we are AFRIKAN PEOPLE. If we cannot agree on that and continue to intellectualize ourselves away from a LAND and a CULTURE we are doomed.
