Sehr gut!! Habe nicht gedacht dass HB so ein guter Sound hat . Habe grad ne Squier Fretless Vintage Mod Jazz Bass zugelegt. Ist auch zu empfehlen. Ich werde bestimmt den HB Fretless dem nächst zulegen Wie lautet die Webseite für die Tabs?

Did you have to change the setup on the action straight out of the box? See some reviews saying that the action at the 12th fret was high enough to easily slip your finger under the string...

Well, I bought one. The action is indeed very high and no reasonable amount of truss tightening will bring it back to a reasonable string height off the finger board. Looks like it needs professionally lowering at the bridge. At the same time will consider getting the fret markers on the neck binding changed to actually mark where the fret positions are rather than the 'fretted neck positioning' that the guitar is made with.

sehr schönes grooviges Spiel!Sind die Flageolets eigentlich an jeder Position zu spielen,oder geht das nur,wie bei der Gitarre an einigen Stellen?

Ich will mir auch diesen Bass zulegen,aber eher eher den 5 saitigen.Nur habe ich öfter gelesen,dass nur der 4 saitige diese relativ gute Qualität hat.Haben Sie auch mal den 5 Saiter gespielt?

also das mit den flageolets ist wie bei der gitarre nur an einigen stellen möglich, da man sozusagen die schwingung der saite halbiert (12ter bund) viertelt(5ter bund) und so weiter. mann kann natürlich auch künstliche flageolets spielen. das sind dann wie auf der gitarre die sogenannten "pinch harmonics"

ja,das ist ja wohl auch naheliegend,:-).

Mittlerweile habe ich auch einen Fretless,aber erstmal keinen reinen akustischen,war mir zu unsicher von der Qualität.Nun spiele ich auf einen Stagg BC 300FL-Ns,seit 2 Tagen und bin sehr zufrieden,tolles Gefühl so ohne sicheren Bundhalt.Bin auf dem Bass blutiger Anfänger,aber er begeistert mich!

I checked out the ABCs that you mentioned, I really dig they're look. And if I need to get some setup done anyway I can shell out the extra for the de-fret job and the additional adjustments and extras that I would need. And it beats the hell out of paying $600. Thanks dude!

Thanks for the info! But if I want to get a reasonably priced Dean (under $250) I'm stuck getting one that isn't a cut-away. And while I do prefer the cut away look, I would also like the quick access to the "higher end" frets. Have you noticed this to be a big problem with the fuller bodied acoustics?

Awesome video! We're basically stuck with Deans (huge bodies)and Rogues (never seen one sold fretless) for reasonably priced acoustics here in the States. So at the moment, I'm looking to import a Benton of my own, you have sold me! Also, I hate to be "one of those guys", but you wouldn't happen to have tabs for this or any other of your acoustic videos?
