i gotta say that xbox is just really copying everything crap about the other consoles. crap graphics games with the the hopeless eye toy like kinect (which isnt even one tenth of what they promised) or making a new console that does nothing new but look small... reminds me of a certain rubbish console brand that just makes their console smaller and say its better, when its actually the same old crap but smaller and much more expensive.

@dacris1995 Atuly yes it does, 360 has a 3 core processor and PS3 has a 7 core though each core in the 360 is equal to 2 cores in the ps3 giving the ps3 more processing power BUT the ps3 uses one core for the system. making them realy equal in processing power. The 7 cores have a fatter circuit so it can process alitle more.

Due to its complicated design, programmers have to add extra lines of code for each function dictating which processor uses it and basicly ads a third more functions to the required. Sure the PS3 has more potential but the difficulty to build games for it and the lacking the online functions the 360 has. Dont get me wrong their both great consoles but in reality it would take 10 years to make Halo or gears on ps3. Thats why 360 is great too.

It's down to the developers saying "Can we really be assed to code for the complicated PS3 Cell?" If the answers no... 360 will beat it. But then PC gaming will reign supreme. So yeah... Consoles are inferior.

@Pinhead222 Ok here comes the iffy part. First the new 360 no longer has red led's so it is impossible to get RROD. If your console would fail(which it shouldnt) it would be the green ring of death. They put in more vents a bigger fan and a new cooling system so its not supposed to crash. Im gonna go along saying that the RROD is fixed because they took away the 3 year warranty and changed it back to 1 year so lets hope that means the problem is fixed...

wait for e3 (june 15) and listen to what microsoft have to say. i believe they will release a slimmer 360 (intel gpu, cpu in one chip aka valhalla) and also with a natal for $299 - $349. rumor has gone long enough. it is possible that all original xbox games will no longer be compatible with the slimmer version cause emulation of the old xbox would be removed (like they changed nvidia -> ati -> intel.
