Amazing how they had to scream the lyrics to be heard over the Beatlemania. The audio really suffered. What's even more amazing is that just a few short years earlier they were giving shows in Germany more or less for free, high on speed around the Reeperbahn!

I love their German renditions of their songs like, "Zie Liebe dich ja ja ja". They're comical bet yet impressive. They were a hit in Germany long before they were ever internationally known.

Man, thank you for this video! I was born in 1962 and distinctly remember driving in the car with my mom and listening to "Michelle" on the radio. These video's are treasures for anyone who is a fan of the Beatles! Thanks again.
