Funny that Pal Soft only ported this Kunio-kun game to the Mega Drive and never did a port of Downtown Nekketsu Monogatari, for example. At least is the only Kunio-kun sport series I really like (even if Dodgeball-bu, Hockey-bu and Shin Kiroku are good in their own), and thank god this is actually a good reprogramming job from Pal Soft (opposite to the Mega Drive Double Dragon II port).

Does anyone know what Kunio's saying when he does his bicycle kick on the ball? He says it in Koukou Dodgeball-Bu too. Sounds kind of like "na-ni-no"

GoaL3 or kunio kuns soccer for the NES (y get the point is way better than this one) !Alsou the captain tsubasa game2 for the NES was way better than the newer games for super nintendo and the 16 bit(y get the point) if you hawe played NES or SNES

The only difference is the shooting system, in NES you could do super shots easily but in this version you must charge the energy bar next to the character face before kiking, if you charge too much your char explodes!
