the actual trick here is to keep on moving forward while creating web platforms. never figure out what to do while on a platform way too long. just move forward anyway. and as much as you can, while jumping from one web platform to another, always shoot those web projectiles to hit any possible lurking or attacking enemy on the scene. also, if you notice, squitter can jump long distances from one web platform to another. so take advantage of that.

Web Woods is prolly one of the hardest levels (the other being Animal Antics). but i really liked it a lot. it's one of my favorite levels, actually. it took me a day to finish this level, but it was all worth it. you actually need to be very wise with the timing of the web platforms. Squitter, he's my fave animal buddy. the music is very interesting. it perfectly captures the mystery of the woods and forests. and the fog, damn, such an awesome effect.

I HATED finding the bonuses on this level.....countless hours were spent and too many Game Overs were spent searching for them. Other than that, it was a pretty easy level. DKC2 rules!

This level SUCKS. I hated it. While most of the levels took me no more than half an hour to beat, this one took me about two days (and Animal Antics took me FOREVER). I always kept standing on the webs for too long.

Plus I thought the bonus areas were really hard to find too, since you wouldn't normally think of a Kannon's shot hitting a wall and opening a door.

However, I still think the locations for the Bonus Areas in this level are among the stupidest in the whole game.

@Vook i do agree that its repetative though i mean a slow cannon hitting a wall revealing a bonus area thats clever but a second cannon hitting a wall later on and thats just repetative - but tbh i just love the music
