A mate of mine fell off some scaffolding on an unsafe work site, he nearly died but basically broke every bone in his body, he remembers looking back up at the scaffolding and seeing the manager rushing to put up some safety rails (that should have been there) in case there would be an osh investigation. Not seeing if his employee was dead or not, just putting up those safety railings.
