thanks! :) the first singer is Veerle Casteleyn,and the second is Elaine Paige.

Veerle Casteleyn is a singer but acted and danced in the Cats Video but her voice was dubbed. The singer who replaced was Helen Massey. My understanding is that Massy is now more of an operatic singer. Casteleyn continues sing and dance in other musicals. The reason for the dubbing of her voice was because at the time she had a strong Flemish/German accent and that decision was made by Andrew Lloyd Webber. Nice video....
