You really need to read up on your history. Do you know what kind of person Yazid was; he was constantly drunk, power hungry and did almost every sin in the book. This is a very common misconception being widespread among Muslims and Christians.
Judaism is a universal faith, it welcomes all walks of life to become a Jew as well as a member of the ancient tribe.

his people used to worship idols
but he never believed in them and he only believed in 1 god from childhood but didnt really follow christianism of judaism of that time.

I really doubt that ANY shia would ever convert to sunni, as its the most illogical version of islam around. Plus your interpretation of shia is wrong, e.g. shia do not "idol worship" anyone - this leads me to believe you are a liar and being an ex-shia is a facade.
