  • I am dutch and i already drive for almost 25 years stoned, never ever had a accident and btw, the must accident are caused by sober drivers, so they should forbid to drive sober :-)

  • this is the truth! weed leads to cautious driving,

  • Never smoke fucking pre-rolls

  • Now wait a minute, i am a cannabis smoker and i know what it is to drive while high. When you are high you do concentrate more on the road but if you take someone who cannot drive while not high don't expect them to drive better. I say this because i know that the government would do something like this to make ppl think that marijuana is soooooooooo dangerous.

  • Anyone with a basic understanding of statistics knows this is such an absurdly bad experiment. He uses ONE person who could be an outlier. in no way can one man represent all "stoned" drivers. he drives the same course twice, so the second time he will obviously be more familiar with it, causing him to drive better. There are a plethora of confounding variables to begin with in addition to the fact that its one man being tested.

  • @gnrfreak25 You´re right.

But the problem is that governments all over the world prevent scientists from making such real-life studies!

The last real study about cannabis and driving is from the late 70´s, and it proved pretty much the same as this little experiment..

There is no real-life study in the world that proves that cannabis has a meaningfull negative effect on driving.

The small effects that occur are made up by extra-cautious driving..

  • I have never in all of my years been a bad driver while high! I have had a reckless accident that was my fault while completely sober (really!). I was in a hurry because I was three minutes late for work and my boss was a cunt about that! If I had smoked weed the night before I would have been in bed at a reasonable hour and woke up at the right time. LEGALIZE IT ALREADY you douchebags.

  • &wadsworth=1

  • @gnrfreak25 alcohol makes you think you can do things when you CAN’T.

Weed makes you think you can't do things when you actually CAN.

  • @chomplet26 Cannabis releases a chemical called dopamin from your brain, dope is just a nickname.

  • They should do one where someone takes that 'alcohol' stuff.

  • Leaf? get your fucking facts straight before performing 'experiments'

  • dont call it dope...please...

  • the reason driving high is so dangerous is because people think it has no effect, so they drive stoned thinking its okay when it does have some effect. this ignorant belief causes them to put themselves in reckless situations

  • @gnrfreak25 did you even watch the video? they just proved that isn't the case. they're aware of the affects and take extra precaution...

  • a typical straight splif.

  • lol dope and weed are different things

  • bloody amateur roll.... at least do a back-roll there boy!

  • i have never gotten as high off a joint as i have off a bong, they should have used a bong for the test i brely get high front joints anymore, not like i used to

  • So he was pretty much just buzzed in this video: I think it would be a lot more problematic if you had smoked 3-4 joints. You'd likely drive slower and heavy/tough traffic would be a bad situation (a lot easier to get confused)

  • @bernlin2000 Thats not true, I know lots of people who smoked more than they could handle and they could drive perfectly fine afterwards, in cities like Madrid or London where people try to take over your lane where they shouldn´t etc... AND I MEAN SMOKING A LOT. Seriously theres not big enough capital letters for this A LOT.

  • i think 4 bong rips, 3 pot brownies, 5 joints, 1 blunt, and a hash bowl should be the legal limit. Because you would probably pass out after all that :D

  • When I'm sober I speed

  • @thedriftmc On that notion anyone drinking and driving would feel paranoid but, like mentioned in the video, that doesn't happen. Drugs will take their effect on your brain, legal or not. Fact is, cannabis does not detriment driving abilities and if anything improves them. Hard for many people to accept because of their own personal biases but there is no excuse for ignorance.

  • I honestly believe that we wouldn't feel any paranoia on weed if it was legal. I think it's a mental construct because on some level we know we shouldn't be smoking it, and don't want to be "found out".

  • Weed is some background shit.

You can use it and still function perfectly well and do your job and complete tasks (If you're not ridiculously stoned or someone who's new to weed).

Personally, I drive fine under the influence of marijuana.

  • Duh... Marijuana makes you drive well, because

a: driving isn't hard in the first place

    b: weed makes you concentrate

    duhhhhhhh

  • They both forgot to fasten their safety belts!

  • GGGAAAVVVVINNN!!!

  • Testing positive for cannabis does not mean the driver was stoned at the time of an accident.

  • This is all stupid..

Go for Opiates and then you´ll feel so good that there will be no need to drive anywhere..

  • @djanzon FUCK THAT.

  • @djanzon Thats what makes you a burden on society... Thanks for helping us with our argument

  • Well hey a good bit of conciouness expansion is good for tasks which demand deep concentration. Im high right now and i feel like time is slower or at least my perception of it is. Sativa strains i imagine would be best for driving but im not sure about indicas cos they just make me tired. Oh and I love weed... :D

  • drivin stoned is fuckin easy as fuck

  • drive stoned party pissed

  • stoned drivers are ccautious

  • ttthiiiissss niggggaaa. hahaha

but seriously; this is one of the best worded and unbiasedly proactive marijuana documentaries I have ever seen.

  • Side effects include extra-early turn signals, at or below speed limit driving, and extra precautions in inclement weather.

  • @superbri007 you said ti pal!:D

  • @superbri007 I.e. driving like an old woman :-)

  • @superbri007 love you

  • he have done this before. no way that is his first time driving stoned. first timers often drive way to slow, and are often to scared to finish.

but, yes it can make a person focus more intense while high. it feels like the world slow down. i noticed this myself when i played poker high. focus is 110% and i got deeper reads than i normal.

alcohol is such a dangures drug to take before driving. you feel like superman, and drives MUCH faster.

But drugs and driving is a bad combo ether way imo.

  • Normal, sure u can drive high. And of cource cannabis is better for our health than alcohol but exectly these are the reasons why it is forbitten - the pharma industrie create thinks against consequences of alcoholic which can healed by cannabis - pharama dont like to die-> pharma send money to govermentparties -> cannabis stay illigal

Sorry for my bad english but my homecountry got not much money for a better education.... beacause cannabis is illigal

  • @Falciboy Man, I feel so bad for you =/... nobody should be denied the privilege of education. Good luck brother.
