I really do feel the energy through the video; I watched several of your videos yesterday and during the night I had a lucid dream that lasted like 15min, it usually get them or get an astral projection every 2 to 3 weeks, but they don't last more than 2-3 minutes, so this was very interesting, almost as having another life during sleeping hours.

@ThomasMooneagle I know that you are working with matrix energetic but i guess what i am asking is what you practice on your own. How you know what to look for and how to access the energy you are forming.

@poppaScrilla The simple answer is I don't know until I do it. Not very comforting I know, but it is the truth. You cannot know ahead of time always how to do something, or even exactly what you are going to do. As for what I practice my website talks a little about that. I do follow many shamanic techniques, but I would not call myself a shaman. Basically I pray, meditate, practice yoga and tai chi and listen to guidance.

@poppaScrilla I would recommend many, currently I am reading Beyond Human by Jaden Rose Phoenix. I recommend her she is a great teacher.

@aliena60 It makes no difference really do what you feel most comfortable with it is more about the shifting of the energy and allowing yourself to observe it.
