An electric guitar uses pickups that works with electro magnetic field to detect the strings vibrations. No one ever told me exactly why an electric guitar would sound different than an other one. Logically, if the basic quality is the same, the sound is the same. But a guitar is a work of art, that's quite important for a player.

Any doubts about the sound comming from our hands? Sounds almost the same as his D'angelico's, anyway it seems to be a nice top grade instrument. Cheers
