this crane is liebherr luffing crane. they are jacking it up but unfortunately dropped the mast section that is supposed to be inserted to make the crane high. better get POTAIN TOWERCRANE......

looks like maybe they were gonna jack this crane too and probably had that 20 foot peice of tower sitting on the tray for the jacking unit and dropped the peice of tower beacuse the crane itself is still standing and missing no parts....
