lol idiot, quit hating! how about photographing birds in flight? or shooting race cars at the track? basically any fast life you just prob. don't know about...you just mad coz you can't buy one!
And those are on max quality .raw? Holy dove shit from hell! I would never need that kind of speed, but it still makes you double take if you know anything about d-slr's.
ha ha - very funny. Well I can attest it is the D3. I have a really bad picture I took of it as well. Note: I am standing in the Nikon booth so I don't think they keep many MK3s around there :)
Hey, ditto nathantw. I really appreciate the thru-the-viewfinder perspective versus watching a camera flip its mirror and listening to its shutter. This is much better!
I like the idea you shot the video from the viewfinder perspective so we could see the viewfinder blackout. Much better than the usual "here's my camera that can shoot 10fps, now listen to it" as he proceeds to press the button.

What are you talking about SuperZorro87?
It's quite clearly a Nikon, it has a circular eye piece for starters....

Thanks. The shaking was fine because it was to be expected when holding a lens to a viewfinder. That's just something that happens.

I could double tripod them...or perhaps tripod the D3 and then Gorilla pod the compact to the D3 like a monkey on it's back...

Thanks - I just thought of it spur of the moment but I think it will be my trademark move from here on out. Shot on a canon point and shoot...
