THE LAST 99

Bar Harbor Airlines flew 99's for years. Later as NW airlink we tried to put them in freight service. It never panned out. Great classic commuter airplane though!!

I remember the 99's serving the Richland Airport. When they were gone, so was Richland as a destination.

I have close to 3000 hours in the 99 most of them at night and flew 21FW often out of Burbank, CA. I really enjoyed flying the 99.

They 99 is still flown often as a frieght. I see alot in and out of KMKE by freight runners express.
