"Finding Graceland" is one of the best movies I've ever seen. "Suspicious Minds" is one of my favorite Elvis songs. And Harvey is one of my favorite actors... What else could I say...?

Too bad people can't tel what's happening here. Harvey plays a delusional man--or is he?--who suffered the tramatic death of his wife and child years earlier and began to be Elvis to survive. His stubby movements have their own grace, and the performace is vintage Harvey, not Elvis. It's outstanding.

Alot of People have Mistaken what this film is about..first off HK is NOT Playing an Elvis Impersonater... He is however Playing Elvis Presley The MAN not the entertainer 20 years later..Keitel WAS Elvis in this movie Jon Burroughs is a Name the real Elvis used to use in Hotels and restaurants.it has been said that IF Elvis was alive today he would be using that NAME Jon Burroughs did NOT EXIST what a better way to portray the real elvis IF he could come back 20 years later...get it???

omg every time i see this, or even THINK about the TITLE of this movie, i begin crying. i OWN this movie b/c of harvey keitel's character, possessing such passion that everyone who came in contact with him was affected. the main characters in this film are survivors, and "elvis'" passion, a byproduct of struggling with personal disaster, is something that many of us can understand, though it may be on a much less grand scale...... 'xcuse me; i need a kleenex.

Harvey Keitel is not playing Elvis, he is playing an Elvis impersonator. He does just fine.

Its a good movie. I'm not a big Elvis fan, but I am a small Elvis fan. I think it was a very sweet portrait of Elvis' fans.

One of the most amazing movies ever, and I'm not even Elvis fan. It's strange that this movie is so underrated.

And to elvisangel2 - this movie did not belittled Elvis. This movie is not about Elvis at all. It's about a couple of people whose unfortunate fate made them thrive on the outskirts of society, trying to pull through another day. It's about loss of beloved ones, and having difficulty overcoming it.

@keitel10 Actually - my interpretation of the character is that, depending on the person viewing, he could be either or. After all Miss Fonda's character does say that (after her arrival in Graceland) that there is no record of a Burrows family. It is a tremendous feel good film tho'.

knowingElvis, once again I have to agree with you, did you see the way he walked across the stage? That was hideous, Elvis glided across the stage, I did not like this movie just like I did not like 3000 miles to Graceland, both terrible movies, the only half way good thing about 3000 was Kurt Russell but it even blew with him. They could have at least got someone like Michael St Gerard to do this.

I LOVE this. I can't get enough of watching this!!!! It's great, and I love every bit of this scene, but the movie is also great!

It is a shame that independent cinema is underrated, but I also kind like it cause it keeps things small. If you know what I mean?

It is actually preformed by a guy named Mark Campbell. He is a great actor, though, and his perfomance in this movie, as well as this scene in particular, are outstanding.

I´ve heard that in the final_dance part the sound is performed by Campbell. But almost the entire song is Harvey´s voice. Maybe the sound is mixed, I don´t know, but those "SSS" are very "keitelians" heheheh
