Poor guy ;( I realise how happy I am to live where I live and that I never should take my wealth for granted. Poverty is everywhere and in most of the cities worldwide you'll see disabled and sick people. Still I think that in the west there are a lot more organisations doing something for these poor people.

Poor chap - all the people who live on the streets there are handicapped in some way and Chinese society looks down on them.

It took a long time to initiate social change in the west though and China is only now developing, you can't just expect things to change overnight.
