  • Guys can someone please comment. I might be getting a Street Bob 2011 for $12000. Now do I have to get the Stage 1 upgrade? And how much does warranty cost? I think Stage 1 is $1500, how much is warranty - $1000. So roughly it will be $12K + $1500 + $1000 = $14,500. Please confirm asap.

  • @MrChutzpah2002 hey Bud,, sorry i dont follow up youtube much,, you can get me on HDRidersUSA or on facebook under Rocket Bobs ;)

  • What kind of bars do you have on there?

  • @MPKeller41 those were stock,, i think

  • Does it come stock with that much power to do a burnout??

  • @Osramiko yup, that is stock ;)

  • awsum

  • Nice!

  • Thats a bad ass seat, what brand is it?

  • @leeroy668 hey man,, that one is a LePera barebones

  • I think it is "the tits". And the Rocket Bobs parts are Ace. props, Pete!

  • @TomPauley thanks Tom ;)

  • great vid. Can you tell me what helmet your wearing. thanks

  • @stephendpruitt its an original Simpson Star Wars

  • How tall are those apes? I have medium pullbacks on my '01 Harley Custom, but want something a little taller like yours.

  • @CSEnriquezDDS those are stock mini apes from HD they are about 11", we got several used pairs in stock ;)

  • @RedRiverHawg I would have to change out the wiring harness and lines to install 11's. I have an '02 Sportster 883 that came with drag bars but I changed to pullbacks (barely). I want mini apes though. How much you selling those used ones for?

  • @CSEnriquezDDS well its the shipping that would kill it,, i am in the UK so if you are in the US you are better off checking eBay ;)

  • nice burnout!!

  • How tall are you? Im 6'4" and was looking to buy a street bob in the next cpl of days. It has the forward controls on it which would help. I just dont want to look as if im riding a moped. lmao

  • @gotgameky im 5 11 so yeah,, get forwards :D

  • @gotgameky I ride a street bob and I'm 6'5" 300lbs...it is a good bike for me

  • I'd do anything for that bike but i don't have money :(

  • Still my Favourite on youtube. Love the V&H Short shots. On the other side, is it possible to drive quiet in case of police presence ...? Thanks man

  • @jayrocksmesa thanks man, and yeah its no problem to keep the scoot quiet thro towns etc,,, i now run a V&H comp series, BUT the short shots are the nuts and with quiet baffles, just drill a 1/2" hole in the back plate and the performance is excellent,, anyone who slags them off dont know shit ;)

  • how did u do the burn out man. I got a bike but I hesitate to do so. hehehe

just tell me how and I'll think about it ;-)

  • @0Al7lo hold the front brake and drive it down in 1st,, as the forks compress give it more clutch and gas, before you know it the rear breaks... takes a bit of practice to get it smooth but its pretty easy after that :)

  • @RedRiverHawg thx a lo ;-)

  • Sound is sorta standard. needs shorter pipes to bring out "throttle off" sound abit better

  • fuck that bikes sick. and i seen all ur other vids 2 u pretty mad rider

  • This is my dream bike . . . . the sound of it brings the testostirone level in me high

  • yeah and me :)

  • Is my dream too.

  • awesome sound and bars!

  • Belle machine, simple, sobre, efficace. Un Street-bobber français.

  • is that your bike man?

  • yup,, as it was a year ago

  • lost it you king nob

  • great vid.. love it! I presume those are 12" stock height black mini apes right? Im going back to apes on mine.. made a bad choice with those fatboy bars

  • they were,, i run RSD Short Stacks now,, very very good bars, great riding position,, check the other vid :)

  • I'm puttin a deep throat heavy breather on mine. Shes' a big inch bitch and really screams when I ride it hard.

She's got big tanks, a fat rear tire and is gettin kinda dirty, just the way I like it. And when doesn't wanna ride...I take my bike for a spin. HEHEHE...Nice bike man.

  • LMAO :D thanks man ;)

  • Did you have your deep breather or what ever yet? I don't know if there's a difference between the deep and heavy breathers or not. Sounds good

  • i run a ness big sucker,, stage 1, cheap off ebay ;)

  • Hmmmm..just checking your channel profile & I notice the Last Vid Entry is like..9 months ago.! This is UNACCEPTABLE and will be reported to the YouTubia Police. You MUST post a Bobber vid WEEKLY!..no exceptions! Peace...

  • next week,, promise :) Bobs been changed a bit tho !

  • Nice man! when im old enough im buying one of these badboys! anyone know how old u have to be to ride one of these in the UK?

  • i think in the UK after getting your license at 17 you gotta wait a year before you go to the size of a Harley,, but not 100% sure :)

  • Thanks man :)

  • i wanna street bob

  • close ;)

  • 14k now :)

  • nice nice nice street bob

  • one of the last newer harleys that sounds KICKIN FUCKIN MEGA ASS!!!^^

  • LMAO :)) thanks very much

  • well if I haven't grown up by now, don't count on it happening any time soon ;)

  • will you put your leg away

  • its a trade mark thing i do !! always have :D

  • Comment removed

  • LMAO :) thanks buddy !!

  • I have the 07 Steet Bob, V&H Short Shots and 16" ape hangers. It is a wicked ride.

  • yeah you cant be the Street Bob :) they are just awesome..

  • I'm currently usisng the original pipes. i was thinking of switching to the straight flow pipes. Do you think that will give me better top end power ? my friends told me that i will lose some torque and the pull bettwen gears won't be good and long as the original pipes. please advice.

  • you got to try pretty hard to get a pipe as crap as the OEM ! they really are restrictive. I put quiet baffles in the short shots to give them a little more back pressure and for a stage one tune they work really really well,, check out the other vid i got here where i run it up to flat out and you will see there is no issue at all with short shots,, they are exellent pipes,, either way,, good luck with the new pipes and dont forget the AC and something like a PCIII :)

  • you got a point there. but what is AC ? and PCIII ?

  • Air cleaner,, like a Ness Big Sucker ( i got the stage1) and the PCIII is a fuel mapping module, lets you set the mixture right across the rev range and even map front and rear pots independently. Made by Dynojet. Sounds complicated but its o easy and if you buy from Fuel Moto the dude there named Jamie will set it up for you so its pretty much plug n play.

  • Thanks so much. you're a good man. your advices are very valueble.

  • nice sound to it buddy..!

  • Sounds Fucking Great.

  • Hey man, I'm going to be moving to Germany. Figure I'll end up taking a ride to Sweden. We should cruise together! I'll either have a Nightster or, if I turn it in, an 2009 Street Bob. U.S. plates in Europe, too. Yikes!

  • yeah you got it,, for sure,, and on the forum we have another streetbob guy who is from sweden :) this is gonna be great :)

  • I got an '09 street bob, I bought detachable rear pillion. small black rack mounts to rear fender (purchased seperately, HD parts and acc. catalog) and passenger pad and pillion mounts to rack. It is a quick release, so it goes on and off easy. Looks alot better than a two-up seat. Keep the solo seat, looks better.

  • i have a question i am looking at getting an '09 street bob and was wondering can you get a custom seat that will let you have an extra rider would appreciate the feedback

  • yup,, LePera do one, so do Corbin etc etc there are a bunch to chose from. the OEM HD version pretty much sucks tho

  • Nice ride! I really had trouble deciding which pipes to put on my fatbob. I listened to alot of sound clips before buying V&H short shots. I am very happy with them. Dealer also told me that in their opinion V&H has the best fitment and quality.

  • I was told repeatedly before i go them that they dont perform, but thats rubbish, they are excellent and my HD will happily pull an indicated 130+ and get there with no problems..

  • How'd you get those rear fender mounts black? did you buy'em or did you paint them yourself?

  • had them powder coated, along with a load of other parts :)

  • Like the burnout!!! Kick Ass.

  • what a noize.ah'

  • Now i know why your tires dont last ha ha

  • Haha... I love the clip,

and a very nice Bob job too ;-))

    V&H rock

    congratzz

  • awesome,, thanks for posting this vid :)

  • oouuuuyeeeahhh ¡¡¡ viva la carretera coño ¡¡¡

  • mate your bike looks stuning. I couldnt afford the streetbob so got the nightster instead but shes a good bike. I installed side shots on mine without baffles and its ridiculously loud! How easy is it to put the baffles in?

  • baffles are easy BUT you need to remove the heatshields,, are you going to post a vid on yours, would be interested to know how loud and can you keep them quiet at all?

  • I agree... Streetbobs kick ass!! Nice pipes... thought of going with the shortshots myself.. but now i'm hooked on the Thunderheader 2-1... haven't decided yet... i'll post a vid it's on. Again kickass bike!

  • btw... did you see any noticable power/torque increase when you changed your pipes??

  • yeah those quiet baffles help alot with back pressure and improve them right through the rev range, i got the big sucker and a PCIII and the whole things runs really nice.... GOT to be the best bikes in the world :)

  • You said it.. I have a set of V&H big shots now with quiet baffles and it makes quite a difference, plus your not scaring old people anymore! nice burn out hahaha

  • Nice one, your bike looks and sounds great.

I like the way you can keep the noise down if need be, but let rip when you choose to as well, did you go for the power commander also?

  • yup got the PCIII and a big sucker. Your right, being able to keep it quiet is handy :)

  • Put's my 2-1 rinahart exhaust to shame :(

  • yeah but yours are better made :)

  • Awesome! I was thinking of going for these baffles but it still seems pretty loud to me!

  • yup they are still pretty loud when you go for it,, but if you check out the the middle part of the video you can keep the noise down if you just cruise by,, i would definitely recommend them if noise is an issue where you live :)

  • great video,, thanks for sharing :)
