@timelesstvonline Tarja Turunen was a guest vocalist on one performance of "Our Farewell" years ago. I would have liked for them to work on more duets, but I guess the opportunity never arose again.

Tuomas' best compositions - well, his older stuff anyway - border on a much heavier, more operatic atmosphere, and I'm not sure that Sharon's voice would quite do them justice in the way that Tarja's did. He could definitely come up with something worthy and amazing though. Mabye someday.

its amazing to think that everything we base our music lives on unfortunately has to run through american culture. It seems like everything created before america gets hold of it...isnt a big deal until its time for america to say "ok, we like this now".......its like this music has always been around, but wasnt made popular until people let evanesence in. That's probably cause she can't sing both parts. But she said before 'Memories' (the first song) when she was practicing.. he voice was messing up, and she tried her hardest so that when she was singing 'Memories' that is all came out right. That was in the bonus footage of this concert I believe.
