It is called an accident for a reason folks... You don't know what exactly the officer was doing the moment he accelerated. Plus it is a known fact that merging cars are at fault for traffic collisions at intersections. To the family I am sorry it is sad, but a lawsuit is not going to get you your daughter back. Mve on, you are just going to ruin the officers career, and make it more difficult for other officers to do there job in the future!
