I didn't understand Hades' unit combination at all. He had almost every single point of the Zerg tech tree, but he only had a few of each - he continued to build lurkers even after Free went dragoon heavy, he massed lings but didn't have supplementary ultras, nor did he have large numbers of hydralisks, but he also built lots of hydras even while he dark swarmed.
