I met Edward In NYC I was like 19? OMG he gave me for free the Jump Rope and a VHS!! hahahaha @ his NYC gym, I bought the bar,( I stole the book from a friend who didn't use it ) all those workouts WORK! :) now I've been using the routines again let's see how it goes.
