  • Really nice hill mate, great for flexability. some cool ideas for in game effects. =P

  • are those hills made out of polystyrene

  • Yes they are. With the addition of a hardboard bottom for strength.

  • I notice you placed a few small rocky formations to the top of the hills. They look great btw. But doesnt that interfere with hill stacking, ie placing the smaller one atop of the bigger ones?

  • The small rocks are more gravelish and don't stick up too high. I try to add a little size variation for visual interest but I don't want the to tip over miniatures during play. When stacking hills, you will see a slight gap at the bottom if a hill is placed over these areas, but its fairly small. If anyone wanted a particularly flat top for stacking, that could always be arranged.

  • I must follow what has been already said.. great idea :)

Just for an info: are the straight edges of the same lenght? It doesn't seem from the video but that way you could also arrange the same hill set in different ways.

  • Good question. :) No, the arrangement is fixed. This is mostly due to the difficulty in making the internal cuts perfectly straight. Because they wander a bit, they will only meet perfectly flush in one arrangement.

  • Great idea and extremely nicely produced, as always!

  • thats prety sweet =[)

  • Great work as always.
