Awesome as it is dude! In addition to that

it also gives complete workout cart showing

exactly how we can get the maximum

effectiveness from our workout. It lets you

start quickly and get an amazing results in

a short period of time. Anyway, you got the

name of the site mispelled. Thats should be:

    JumpHigher.info

  • whats that @2:02?

  • I like this clip, I hope it can help me also

  • my vertical is 17' and ive tried this stuff and i did gain about 3 inches because it was 14' but now im no longer getting results, what do you think may be the reason?

  • how much do you squat?

  • @BlackMagic553 not enough. not even close to enough

  • damn u ever get tendonitis>? i love this style of training but the high impact takes a toll on joints.. triflex and fish oil son! keep it up very nice work

  • keep up the gd work! (Y)

  • impressive

  • You're a beast man. You're a b-ball player? What are you up to these days? How's your body? I noticed that you haven't posted in a while.....

  • Intense training man!

  • the single leg squats with weight are impressive, how much weight are you using?

  • How many times a week did you do your exercises ?

  • Is the exercise at 1:59 great for vertical jump off one leg ? I can barely jump of one leg .

  • good squat form bro

  • Instead of dumbell side bends, do uneven barbell sidebends. WAY better. Start out with a 5 or 10 on one side only, put the bar on your shoulders like you are gonna squat it but be closer to the naked collar. You gotta play around with the leverage but you will never do those stupid DB sidebends ever again.

  • @snizshizzle yeah i've tried those. not a fan sorry

  • @jumptrainee1 do you know how to combine plyometrics workouts with weightraining like squats and leg workouts

  • i love it when ppl go oooohhhhhhhhhhh! when a person dunks lol its funny

  • no wonder youre injuryed all the time =)

  • how high is that? :P 0:14

I jumped 145 cm (57 inces) a while back. then I jumped just like you did right there (0:14) and yes, I am proud ^^

im an example of how your program works . im forteen years old thx

  • yeah absolutely. thats great to hear

  • Great work man keep it up. Sorry to hear about the injury, that's the only thing that can stop you...

  • how many reps and set when doing the clean snatch????

  • sets you can really do as many as you want, depending on how much other stuff you're doing. At least 3. If you're learning the lift do 5 or 6 reps. Once you have technique down, go heavier with 4 or less reps. I usually do 4x4 or 4433

  • 1;30 amazing u can do tht !

  • exactly the same thing i do thank you

  • with the dard, because i do ave one, what kind of rep and set scheme to you use for it

  • 3 or 4 sets of 8-10 is what I do

  • its called a DARD, which stands for somethin. The one weight room at my school is the only place I've seen one. Im sure you can buy it online though
