@TheSpecialistul I could say the same, but the other way around "Romanian traditional suits are similar to the Bulgarian ones" its all matter of interpretation :)
Dacians, Gatea, Carpii and all the other tribes were all Thracians. They had the same language and they were in Macedonia tuntil the river Don in Russia. I've heard something interesting also that modern day Bulgarians are from romanazied thracians and slavs or there are simply slavizaied tjhreacians. And modern day Romanians are romanazied thracians(this can be simply proven by looking at the folk, traditions, arhitecture and artefacts documents etc.
You are quite right. Unfortunately there are a lot of differences which come with the modern way of life, national feelings, politic, centuries of separate developing and.... doesn't matter. About your statement - just look for reasarches of the Y - DNA chromosomes and you'll see how identical are they, even in different territories where are mixed with some different tribes and people.
the first thracians leaved in pieria macedonia and their capital is livithra in mount olymp thats why the first clan name is Pieri
and thrakes comes from livithra-kes -thrakes
Hercules son makednos sent them away so they went east to Sirris and more east to today Greek thraki, they make a strong kingdom and they fought with troyans in iliad, but their king diomidis speak Greek,
@iapetoc6 Wtf are u trolling about??? Thracians had two major tribes: the Dacians and Getae wich where one and the same people, just the name differing as so: Dacian kingdom was north of the Danube and the Getae kingdom was south. They are neither greek nor bulgarian (A.D. period) , they are modern day Romanians, the state of Romania which occupies the former Dacian kingdom... open a history book
@iapetoc6 BUCUR coms from bucurie = joy, happiness. The name it's related to a nobleman named Bucur who is said to have founded the city. Google for Dacina language and Getae.
And I've observed that Bulgarian traditional suits are similar to the Romanians ones
