Instead of a calm presentation from the nuclear official explaining radiation levels are not dangerous, we see a pathetic sob story from a woman who basically...wants a government handout so she can evacuate from a completely safe area! Who would have believed we would have such an horror after Tchernobyl ? Wich country will be the next to make people suffer this way. I think that all people that knows nuclear and how to detect it in all nuclear plants should go there and help. Specialy here in Quebec Canada where we do not need nuclear as for producing energy. They want to refirbish our old nuclear plant here so many workers will sit on their ass during this time. They should go help those Japanese people that needs help.

@reisomana It needs to be funded somehow, that's the main issue. Unless a solution for a funding can be found these pleads are useless.

I'm not saying that it can't be funded, however I don't think it's their absolute right either. Most people who fall on hard times aren't rescued by the government, this is the sad reality.

I hope however that a solution is found so that these people can move somewhere else and get their household economies in working order.

Why won't they find a safe place for these people to move to and give it to them in return for their houses or something? The levels of radiation are far greater then they even know. America sent a plane out to measure this as the government can not be trusted. Then they feed them dolphin meat which is filled with mercury and other highly deadly chemicals. So sad
