I've got it 114/114 although it could have gone either way.

I had it 115 - 113 Murray, he outworked Sturm but it was a close fight could have gone either way. Interestingly according to the compubox numbers Murray outlanded Sturm 2 - 1 in power shots overall (184 - 90) and landed more power shots than Sturm every round.

The quality that Sturm shows does not find its way into enough of his punches for me to give him the edge, he definitely has the better jab, and some of his right hands were quality, but he does not throw enough quality punches throughout rounds to warrant quality being better than work rate for me. Sturm got hit plenty in this fight and in the Macklin fight. Sturm is decent, but some of the other middleweights out there would paste him.

draw a fair result, Murray beat himself, how many times he backed Sturm onto the ropes then backed off to an opposite corner without Sturm advancing, just giving Sturm oppurtunity.

I had it for 115 - 114 to Murray. All the rounds were so close and were razor thin that I ain't got any arguments with anybody who thinks Sturm won. Sturm needs to either give him a rematch or have a rematch with Macklin who dominated him if he wants people to give him the respect he feels he deserves

Good fight, very close fight. Both men didnt want to give any ground to each other. I scored it 115-113 Sturm.

Sturm is going to have to fight Murray and Macklin again, both deserve a rematch. Its pretty obvious that Sturm doesnt want to fight the true Middleweight champion Sergio Martinez, Martinez should go to Sturm's next fight and do like what he did at Chavez Jr's last fight and be in the crowd, challenge him, the crowd gave Martinez a great reception

Macklin does really deserve a rematch, I think he actually won his fight against Sturm. But above all I'm also waiting for Sturm vs. Martinez, and I'm bloody sure Martinez would win this. He is very skilled, variable, strong and he's a much "busier" boxer. But, style makes fight, who knows. Sturm has a very well timed jab. Anyway, I would love to see Sturm - Martinez.

jim watt complaining about the scoring!? Was a very close fight, 116-122 to sturm is a bit surprising but 1 judge gave it to murray and the other a draw. Very fair scoring in the champions back yard! don't usually see that.

I scored this 117 - 114 to Sturm. A lot of the rounds were close but I favoured Sturm's ring generalship - he was centre ring dictating the fight far more than Murray. He had the snappier jab and was the aggressor. Murray as challenger has to take the fight to the champion and, whilst he managed it in places, he never applied pressure for any sustained period of time. For Jim Watt to say it was a disgraceful decision is in itself disgraceful - I thought Murray was lucky to get the draw.

Murray better technically than the German and able to scroe with combinations. Surprised at how many people on here are ignorant. Sturm was looking for one big punch and that isn't enough to win fights. If there is a rematch at Langtree Park I really fear for Sturm fighting in St. Helens.

Very close fight, I think Murray did enough to win, but Sturm is a long standing champion, so to get a decision, especially on Sturm's turf he'd need to leave the judges in no doubt. Good performance from both men, & thanks to superboxmma5 for excellent uploads.

How stupid.116-112,115-113,114-114­..If you have 4 points more by 1 judge and 2 less by another judge it is clear one of the judges is not correct.And as i have seen the match Sturm won by at least 5 points.

I think the result was about right murray did well for the experience he has got someone like barker needs to fight sturm i think barker would win maybe that's what he should of done instead of fighting martinez.I know that sturm gon conned when he fought dela hoya but he needs to fight away from home its getting silly now the crouts are crooks.

Murray done well but enough liike Macklin alot of hitting Sturms gloves wit commentary saying murrays work rate is better hitting gloves doesn t score points sturms shots do be fewer but cleaner and harder also hes the aggressor fair result i had sturm by 1 round......
